I have 2 questions: How long do documents stay on my account before being " purged " ( standard plan ) and How do I do a bulk download of everything that I have as completed signed docs ? -Adrian

Since I have a few hundred docs now that I have not had the time to download, I now have a bit of a problem as I need to retain these docs for many years. I need help to solve this issue. I really hope I don't have to do one at a time ! - Adrian

Multiple signatures on one document

Is there a way to have multiple sigures available on one form?  while also not making every single signature mandatory to complete the document?  For example, a consent form that is used for either adults or children who need parents/gurdians to sign a differnet line for their children or wards.  Thanks!

Is it possible to have someone sign a document without sending them an email or creating an account?

I'd like to have every candidate that comes into our office sign an NDA using docusign when they arrive at our office. We will not be able to create accounts for each person and I do not want to email the forms to them. Is this possible? Thanks!

custom fields that autopopulate

I'm creating a template that requires the signer to provide their address multiple times.  I would like to create a custom field that the signer enters their address once and the document self-populates the address throughout the document similar to the way Fields "Name" or "Title" work.  I'm new to DocuSign so any help would be appreciated. thank you

Bulk download of 25 envelopes

update sso to work with new docusign cert?

I got an email about docusign security certificate update. We are using azure SSO with Docusign. see the link here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/docusign-tutorial Do I need to do anything so SSO will continue to work after Docusign updated their cert?

Print Document & Certificate in one PDF?

This is a question for either Classic DocuSign or New DocuSign experience.  I hope there is a way to print both my DocuSign envelope contents and the certification (certificate) in one PDF document.  This would be immensely helpful to my company, and a great timesaver and make sure that the certificate for each DocuSign accompanies its document.  I would think there is a press one button for all to print together, but I haven't found it.  There is one place that allows to print one or two (or "all") documents as one pdf.  This choice contains "certificate" as well.  However, when checked to print all as one, only my actual docusigned documents are included in the PDF.  Is this a glitch or something perhaps not set up with our company to use?  Is there an extra charge for being able to use that feature?  Or, is there another location I must access in order to do this.  It is time-consuming and a waste of paper to physically print two documents, then have to pri

Preventing possible forgery

I have good reason to believe that a former employer may attempt to forge my digital signature on a revised contract that I never received, nor signed, during my employment with them. This would benefit them greatly and save them a lot of money. Is it possible for them to create a fake email account in my name and sign the documents as me? What protection/safeguards does DocuSign provide to prevent this from happening? Is there anything further that I can do? Also, if this does happen, how can I prove that I never signed it? PLEASE HELP SAVE MY SANITY!

Is there documentation for the conditional formatting?

I have a template (word document) that requires conditional formatting (display this if a checkbox is selected in the document generation form. I am not able to locate any valuable documentation for this. It would be even better if there were documentation on how to suppress a table row if the checkbox in the document generation form isn't selected. Or even how to join to conditions (with and or & ). Please help with syntax or document links.

Recipients aren't seeing what I've entered as Text or Data

When i put tags in the document, I generally need to include some text or data (i.e. a price for the agreement).  This seems like an incredibly basic question, but i can't seem to do this correctly so that my clients who receive the document can see what i've entered in the space.   For example, I'm sending to a husband and wife who will need to sign, as will I.  Generally I make sure the user on the upper right hand side of the docusign is on me, not my clients, then I add a text box (data field in the old version) and type in $1000.  When i send it to the client, they still see a blank.  If i add the text box as one of my clients, presumably anyone else on the envelope wouldn't be able to see it (their spouse, etc). What am I doing wrong?  Thanks!!

We have a Master Agreement which is referred to in our document and there is a "link" in the document that should take the signers to that other document. Can this be done and if so how? Thank you!
