I have a document that will have one of 3 recipients signing the document. I don't know for sure which of the 3 will actually sign it. How do I set this envelope up?

The ways to do this that I can think of are:

  1. Send 1 envelope to all 3, listing all 3 for signature. When the first person signs it, go back in and correct the remaining 2 to get copies only? (there is only one signature spot on the doc)
  2. Send each of the 3 recipients their own separate envelope..
  3. Send 1 envelope to all 3, with no order selected.

I do not see an option to click on "Signing Groups".

Hello,

It seems that the feature might not be enabled at the back, in this case, I recommend opening a case with DocuSign Support.

If not available for you, you will need to add the 3 recipients to the envelope and monitor them so that when one of them signs the envelope, you can correct the envelope and either change the recipients to a CC or remove them from the envelope.
