We just bought $350 worth of envelopes and its making us buy more today. I do not think we have used all of these yet.

How does this work?

I appreciate you sharing your concern. Our web plans work based on monthly quotas and we do not support unlimited usage at this moment.

On the other hand, it is very common for enterprise-level contracts to have a prepaid envelope total, this can be negotiated and upgraded at any moment through your Account Team, please don't hesitate in contacting them directly if you have any requests.

Regarding the term "seats", this represents an active user in your account.

Also, in an effort to confirm that you are looking at the right account, I would suggest you run an "Account Activity" report in Reports>Envelope Reports so you can verify that the usage actually matches your quota.
