Hello,
Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.
Can you elaborate further? Do you not want some recipients within the same envelope to view some of the documents that are in that envelope? Or do you not want the recipients of other envelopes to view the documents in the other envelopes?
If it is the first then there is a feature called Document Visibility that can restrict which document each recipient can view in the same envelope: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=gbo1643332197980&topicId=eui1578456411411.html&_LANG=enus
If you are looking to send the same document to many recipients at the same time (and are looking for a more feasible way to do it), you should consider using Bulk Sending. The recipients would only see the documents that are in their assigned envelopes.
With Bulk Sending, you can use a .csv list of your recipients and upload that file during the envelope creation process. Once the list is uploaded, the rest of the envelope creation workflow will remain the same as sending out a single envelope for signing.
You can find detailed instructions regarding how to set up a Bulk Send batch, here: https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-user-guide-multiple-recipient-bulk-send
We recommend coupling the Bulk Send process with a template. You’ll be able to download the data from the template’s .csv file, which includes column headers specific to your roles and fields (if needed).

it is the first. How do I use document visibility?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching back.
To be able to use the Document Visibility feature, there are some settings that would need to be enabled on the account by the Account Administrator. These settings are defined in the following article, I would recommend setting it to "Sender can set "must sign to view, unless sender"": https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=xgg1583277350154.html&_LANG=enus
In the following article, you may find a detailed 'how to' on how to use Document Visibility once it is enabled: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=gbo1643332197980&topicId=tmi1578456411160.html&_LANG=enus
If the admin does not see those option in their Settings tab or find them grayed out, it could be that the feature is not enabled for your account, in which case, you would need to contact Customer Support or our Sales department to confirm if your account plan is eligible to have them enabled.
Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
