Why is my bill $514.00?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.  

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your bill total. Since there is not an individual plan that costs $514 then most likely the reason your bill is so high is that there are multiple users in your account.

You are welcome to confirm if that is the case in your invoice, which can be found in Settings>Plan and Billing.

If you are able to confirm that there are multiple active subscriptions under your account, you can close these users in Settings>Users.

Remember that as long as you are still an account administrator in your account you can close any undesired users in Settings>Users>Actions>Close.
