I have a customer that needs to sign a docusign doc. i have tried to resend it to to them via docusign but said, customer says they aren't getting the email . I was wondering if it was possible to turn that envelope into a link and then sending it directly from my own email address. Something similar to a powerform but can only be used for that one particular envelope and it only opens the in progress envelope.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but if a Powerform is not feasible for you, the closest option would be to send with SMS delivery you can reach signers wherever they are, in the way they prefer, through real-time notifications sent directly to their mobile device. Signers can quickly open and electronically sign documents.
