W9- how to upload the json file to use the template?

I'm trying to upload the W9 template json file and found this support video https://support.docusign.com/knowledgemarket/video/Using-the-Knowledge-Template-Library but it doesn't match what I'm seeing on the screen & I can't find a way to upload a json file anywhere. Newbie here, help very much appreciated. I have to send a lot of W9s to contractors. Thank you!

Can you have your account admin check if the setting is enabled under:

Settings
Sending Settings
Confirm that the option "Enable template upload" is checked: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=edh1583277351016.html&_LANG=enus

Templates
New

Hi! I do not have that option. All it offers is for me to create template which doesn't work at all with the json file. Thanks for your help. How do I make it have the option to upload? [image: Screen Shot 2023-05-29 at 1.50.42 PM.png]
