I have been asked to limit a group of Docusign users from being able to sign on the company's behalf. Is there a permission that can be enabled to do this? Th users currently have the Sender permission in Docusign and Salesforce.

Thank you!

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

Unfortunately no, when signing, those signatures belong to the individual instead of the company, users can receive personal documents in their accounts to sign that might not have anything to do with the company as long as they use the email that is linked to the account which in that case would only be for storage, all users, including those with just a DS viewer permission set, can sign using DocuSign as long as the envelope is directed to them and/or they are set as the delegated signer of another user. This will also apply in the cases where the user is removed from the account, they will still be able to sign documents if sent to them via DocuSign.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
