I'm looking for a couple of partially signed documents from Nov/Dec 2021 but I was not able to find them.

Once they've expired is there any way to view them or revive them?

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

The documents will always remain in the account unless these have been removed using Document Retention or targeted Purge. Once an envelope is expired, these become voided and can not be unvoided you would either need to create a copy of the document to send out to all recipients for signature or create it from scratch and have all the recipients sign.
