I am an administrator and I am sending someone a user link to initially sign into DocuSign and they are not receiving the link

My name has been legally changed and I was able to update it in my account but the esignature will not allow me to update it. The fields are greyed out and I am a system administrator.

I'm looking for a couple of partially signed documents from Nov/Dec 2021 but I was not able to find them. Once they've expired is there any way to view them or revive them?Thank you.

We have a customer who started a process in December and then decided to not move forward. Now, in late Feb,, the customer would like to move forward but the envelope has expired. Is there a way to reset the expiration date and be able to send the same envelope or any work around?

Hello! The screenshots attached to the instructions given in DocuSign support for enabling bulk sending for the account do not match what I see on DocuSign eSignature. The instructions seemed to be labeled for Dynamics 365, which I don't think we have. I don't know nor can I find clear information about how to enable bulk sending for DocuSign eSignature. Help!

Hi, I'm trying to send a DocuSign and it's not letting me it's give me an error message. It's saying unable to access the envelope. Is there a phone number that I can call to speak with someone.

Any suggestions since I am limited to 5 envelopes.

We have multiple signers of our contracts. These signers have different roles. Is it possible to define that only signers in a certain role need to go through the authentication flow?Or will all signers need to pass KBA in order to sign the envelope?

The list of standard fields that i have does not include radio buttons or dropdowns. How do i add these fields

Hi! If I remove a user from our paid account, would they be able to set up a "free" signer only account using the same email address? I want to make sure before I remove a few users that they will still have the capability to sign documents.

We have one organization account with 7 sub-accounts.(One for each region.) The user account in question exists in one sub-account. I've created a new account in another sub-account and I'd like to migrate all sent and received envelopes to the new account. Anyone know how?

The fabricated forged documents using DocuSign or copied and pasted as such were filed into a superior court. I have the documents and dont need the content - I do have the envelope numbers and the signature numbers and would like to know when created and when the signatures were applied, date, times - we already know that backdating occurred and need to show fabrication if the DocuSign documents do actually exist at all ?

When and why was it changed, that envelopes can be corrected/changed after a first signaturewas applied?

I know I can add/delete documents from the template, but I want to incorporate the 2023 template (with all its DocuSign form fields already assigned to the new hire) into the template. The only way I've found to "upload a template" is after selecting USE and then I don't believe I can save that envelope as a template. I'll try again, but wanted to put the question out to you all.
