A name has appeared on the area of sending documents I never wrote.

Saw something very strange in "the sending area of documents". A person I do not know, JoeM@******.com appeared and it said CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM .PDF

Please call me or respond to this message.. This is very STRANGE! My phone number is 714-932-5576 I am Sherry DeHart a long-time user of DocuSign.

I am sorry to hear that you have received an undesired document, but I will gladly help you address the issue as soon as possible.

You are always welcome to "Decline to Sign" an envelope, in order to void the document.

This button is offered as part of the "Other actions" menu, located at the top right corner of the screen when viewing the envelope.
