I typed in the incorrect name on an email address and need to delete that email so the correct person can e-sign a document. Cannot find how to remove emails from my contact list. Any suggestons?

If yes, you can edit your contacts by going to:

  1. Your profile picture/initials on the top right
  2. My Preferences
  3. Contacts: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=jux1643235969954&topicId=twh1578456324503.html&_LANG=enus

It would be the same steps to delete a contact if you do not wish to edit it:

  1. Your profile picture/initials on the top right
  2. My Preferences
  3. Contacts: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=jux1643235969954&topicId=twh1578456324503.html&_LANG=enus

If the name/email was added incorrectly in an envelope, you can go ahead and correct the envelope as well: https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-user-guide-correct-documents
