Hello,
I made a template that was sent to about 75 people. I found out there was an error in the radio buttons I had set up. If I correct the template, will the error be corrected on the envelopes that I have already sent out?

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you want to know if correcting the template, will the error be corrected on the envelopes that you have already sent out.

It will not correct the error in the radio buttons for the already sent envelopes, you will need to go and correct them one by one, You can apply certain actions to an entire batch instead of manually selecting each envelope within that batch.

Use bulk send batch actions to:

  • Void envelopes in a batch.
  • Add or change the envelope expiration date.
  • Add or change the reminder date.
  • Resend the envelopes.
  • Change the batch name.

Correcting the template will only affect envelopes that are sent after the correction.

If nobody has opened the document, and I correct the template in the envelope, will the recipients receive an additional notification?

Only if you modified recipient information, in process recipients receive a new email notification, which contains a new link to the envelope.
