We asked the recipients to sign the contract by drawing.

However, 30% of the recipients told me that they couldn't find the signature change option as below. (not all of them, some have finished signing with drawing)

They said when they click the signature once or twice, the signature just disappeared.

How can I solve this?

We apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that the change option doesn't appear for all signers when wanting to change their signature in the signing process.

That could be due to several reasons, there are a few times the option to change your signature won’t be available. Those exceptions are listed below: 

You will not be able to change a signature if you are…: 

  • Using DocuSign Mobile Apps 
  • In-Person Signing Session 
  • Using Digital Signatures/Universal Signatures (CFR part 11, etc.) 
  • Using Sign and Return 
  • Sender has locked recipient’s names 
  • Do not have an active DocuSign Account
