How do I get in touch with my account executive? 

I am looking to bulk download all signature docs and certs from our entire org, without going to all active/inactive users for information. How do I do this?

Is there any workaround for Conditional Logic and Formula field to work between fields belonging to different recipients? 

Well, this is embarrassing. There is a parent company that has a docusign agreement for 2 locations, which are separate documents. I signed the one for the wrong place. Is there any way to void it, or do I just need to call and ask the mistake location to please void? 

Hi, I received a chat regarding one of my users receiving a “Switch Account” prompt with a couple of accounts to select.  They were already defaulted to one account.  Any reason why this would automatically pop up?  

I made a mistake with checking the wrong box.  The document will not allow me to make any corrections

Hello my documentation process works like this.Create empty pdf form document for a specific system Send the new Specified empty test form pdf for “Pre Approval” signature from the right Managers After they have signed, I fill out Pdf form with test results (serial codes etc etc) I then sign myself, on each page. After that is done, I then send the pdf out again for the managers and QA to sign for “Final approval”Can this be done using Docusign?

How to disable completed email notification

Is it possible to add documents to an existing document that's already out for signature? I have a few contracts that need to be signed. Some of them need a specific document that needs to be added after the person signing reviews it. Instead of recalling and restarting the contract signing process (which would delay the job), I would like to just add that doc. Thank you !

When I am on the screen where I can input text or add signatures, my screen is constantly “shaking”. It gets larger, then shrinks, and I cannot keep the cursor on the corners of a text box because the outline of the box is constantly moving. Besides this, it is a trip on my eyes. Feels like my eyes are shaking. Any suggestions?

Hi ThereNew to Docusign. When sending a document for signature, I am having a hard time figuring out how to include a sequenced chain of people that must receive and approve the document before it is actually signed by the signing parties. Can anyone help? Thanks so much!

We have randomly stopped receiving our daily ‘envelope sent’ report and it is coming up with this message. Can anyone advise why or how we go about fixing this to continue receiving the reports?

Can DS Admin to download signed document and summary of this terminated employee and send to HR and if “yes”, how can DS Admin do this or is it impossible?Thank you!

When sending a document using Specify Recipients, once the Reviewer specifies the additional recipients, does the recipient’s (eg signer 3 & 4 below) email notification requesting signatures reference the original Sender or the Reviewer’s name?Thanks

I sent out a questionnaire that has optional fields and the client completed it. The signed copy coming back to me is blank except for a signature. Does anyone know the cause. Opens as acrobat, pdf. Any tips. Thanks,Barb 

I have two users under my email address one I have been using for a few years and one that was just sent to me from my company. How do I merge the two users so I only have one user and do not lose the history on my original user.

When using a drawing field for the signee to upload an image, the result is always a very poor quality image. I’ve tried many times and can’t get it to be remotely usable. Does anyone have any success with this getting better quality?

Hello, I'm a consultant for Salesforce organization. In this organization, their previous consultant, who no longer works for the organization, installed and set up the users in DocuSign. As a System Administrator, I'm attempting to get into DocuSign Setup to add users, but I'm unable to get into it because of an authorization issue. I assigned the DocuSign Administrator permission set to my Salesforce User, but I'm still unable to get into DocuSign.   I also see that I don't have a DocuSign username and I don't have the 'Can Manage DocuSign Account' check. There is no way to get into contact with the previous System Admin for their organization, and their User is the one set up to have full access into Docusign. Is there any alternative ways to help me get full access into DocuSign?  There's time sensitive adjustments that needs to be made for the Salesforce organization, but we're all blocked from making any changes.  Thank you for your time,Sheereen
