@NinaM If you were sent an envelope to take action there is typically a notification that will be sent to you with an option to select “Review Document” as a selectable button in that notification.  The envelope can also be delivered to your DocuSign Account Inbox if you have a an account (free, trial or other).  If you have no notification or do not see the envelope in your Inbox you should contact the Sender to validate the email address they used for you as a Recipient.
