Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to add any email we want in the sender field to a power form without the Sender being an actual user in docusign? 

@bmagana Per the DocuSign documentation:

“The person who creates a PowerForm, by default, becomes the PowerForm sender and is the sender of the envelopes generated by the form. The PowerForm creator can change the sender to any other user on the account who has the necessary permissions.”

Therefore the Powerform Sender has to be an Account user.

Now what we have done on occasion is setup a Service Account, so a generic email address like “College@montana.edu” and created a User for that email address and assigned that Service Account as the Powerform Sender with other individuals who have access to that email inbox.
