Has anyone experienced the following issue?  If so, how did you resolve it?  When creating a merge document with a table of contents, the document looks great.  Once you try to upload into Docusign, the table of contents is filled with error messages.

I can’t see more details about your error, but I strong suggest you to reach out to customer support team. They have some internal tools that brings more information around your errors. They can based on these logs to identify and teach you how to solve it.
