The contract date shows Month/Day/Year order. How can I change it Day/Month/Year order?

I apologize for the inconvenience, I know the importance of having the date displayed as needed. I understand that you want to know how you can change the date format for your Documents.

The account Admin of the sender account can define the default account date and time format settings for Date Signed on the Signing Settings page under Document Formatting. For more information, see Document Date and Time Format.

Note: This effect on fields with Date data validation is new and applies only to fields added to envelopes and templates after this formatting change was implemented.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic.
