Hi! I am trying to build a envelope/template for multiple signers and need help. I know the first two signers, and not the third. The second signer can designate the third signer, so I know that I should use the “Specify Recipient” role, I’m just not sure how to add that into the signing order.Ideally, I’d like to 1) send the file to the first signer, then have the file move on to the second signer. Once the second signer gets the email they can 20 sign & designate the next signee in the same step, and then 3) the file would move on to the next signee that was designated.Is there a way for the second signer to sign & specify the next recipient through the same email link? Or will they have to sign, go back to their email and click on another link to go in and specify the next sender? Thanks!

I use DS for signing contracts for the sale of property. Often the purchaser of a property will want their Solicitor to view the document before signing. If I add the Solicitor first as “receives a copy” they can’t see the detail on the second recipient (the purchaser). I ideally don’t want the Solicitor to have to sign anything (as most won’t).Any suggestions of how to get around this issue.

Hithe person doing the e-signature got the envelope--he was the 3’rd signatory.  However the envelope background was red (as opposed to blue which I believe is the color if everything is working as it should :-)) and when he clicked the envelope it would not let him access the document.  They next page asked him for some kind of password.Why is this happening and what is the solution.thanks Sangeet

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.I receive similar errors in Chrome and MS Edge. As a workaround, I accessed docusign.com and clicked on the Access Documents link at the top of the home page. That link took me to docusign.net and generated errors as well. This is not the first time I’ve seen this error. Docusign did work for me

When I try to select “Recipient Privileges” for an EXISTING document, it is greyed out and locked. The feature is enabled in the account. The feature is accessible if I am creating a new template, but for existing templates, it will not allow me to access it. Any suggestions?

There are multiple questions related how to send a document from one account using mutiple email but in my case, the problem is as follows:I have multiple emails that I recieve requests for signature. I do not know how to add multiple emails to one account in order not to create multiple accounts. I can only change my email not add email(s). Here is the message I receive

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to trigger drop downs based on selection for 2 fields and am getting stuck on the “1 conditional field” per drop down. Here is what I want to accomplish. field 1: Drop down list of 1-101-8 would trigger field 2 to appear. 9 & 10 would not. (NEED HELP HERE)Field 2: Drop down list of 1-6 Current setting is “if field is 1, then show Var1” so on and so forth for all 6 numbers. Field 3: Drop down list of 6 separate drop downs (Var1 - Var6). Any Ideas? I am newer to DocuSign and any help would be appreciated. 

Can a folder be shared?

Is there a way for an admin to see the progress of a document when they are not the sender? 

Can a Docusign admin edit a document after it is signed?  Can a Docusign admin sign on behalf of another user?  Can a Docusign admin manipulate or edit signatures in any way? 

I have completed all the signatures on a document that I was sent.  The message says, “Done!  Select Finish to send the completed document.  When I select the blue Finish button, a pop up comes up with this message:  Your document isn’t complete yet.  By selecting AGREE AND FINISH, you agree to use Electronic Records and Signatures.  Your document will be completed afterwards.  I select the blue AGREE AND FINISH blue button in the pop-up, but nothing happens.  I continues to come back to the pop-up, and the document is never sent.  The company has tried many times to review and cannot find anything wrong. I switched browsers to Google Chrome and cleared the history, cache, and cookies.  Still same problem.  I tried logging in to Docusign.com, clicked on the “Access Documents” link, and used the security code that was emailed to me.  I went through the signing process again and still ended with the same Agree and Finish pop-up that never submits the document.  Please help!

This weekend I sent documents to three people for them to sign but neither of them has received an email notification. The email did not appear to go to their junk folders either. Any ideas what might be causing this? 

I have a contract which either needs to be signed by the Client (usually the case), or by their Representative (occasionally the case). The way it is currently set up is that the contract is sent to just one party who then has to identify themselves as either the Client or the Rep. by selecting one check box, from a cluster of two. The contract must always contain the name of the Client, but also the name of the Representative if there is one. At the end of the agreement, where the signature goes, we need the signatory name to be that of the client or, if there is one, it should be the name of the Rep. How can we automatically switch the signers name IF the check box is selected (bearing in mind the check box is part of a cluster of two?   

Hey everyone, I was provided my docusign account through my brokerage (real estate) and I just recently switched brokerages. I don’t want to lose my set up and previous docusign docs that are stored in my account. Is there anyway to fully remove my integration with my previous company, keep my docusign as is for my own personal use, and just pay for it on my own? Anything will help! Thank you! 

I need to create a brief note allowing my son to act on my behalf with the Chicago police department and Progressive insurance to deal with a stolen and recovered vehicle.  The car is registered in my name so they need this to allow him access to the car etc Can I create this type of document on Docusign as a notarized letter? Erich Weidenbener

Hi AllI am hoping you can help me.I have created multiple documents that need signatures - but each one of the document requires a certificate of completion to be available at the end of each document.Can I upload all documents simultaneously and sign them all at the same time (saving myself some time) and then download all documents, but with each document being merged with a certificate of completion?So far, I can only sign them all at the same time but only one certitifcate of completion appears...and not at the end of each individual document.Any tips would be incredibly appreciated!Kind regardsCristiana

Everyone can see everyone else’s templates the moment a template is created, even if a mistake. How do we ensure templates are not shared with everyone unless we mean them to be? Is there a way to do this on the account level and not on the individual user level, e.g. to force users to declare who they are sharing with, or the template isn’t shared with anyone, e.g. to default to no one shares with anyone unless they affirmatively select for that template to be shared and say who with? 

I sent a document just with the signature (first page). I didn't sent the second page with the informations about the signature (date and hour, for example). Is my signature still valid?
