I am looking to recover an envelope

Welcome to the Docusign Community!

In the Docusign eSignature you should go to the Manage page, select the Deleted folder, deleted envelopes stay there for 14 days.

Now, I saw you post this question in the CLM group. At Docusign CLM you can go to the Trash folder to see Deleted Folders & Documents, but not eSignature envelopes.
