Hi
the person doing the e-signature got the envelope--he was the 3’rd signatory. However the envelope background was red (as opposed to blue which I believe is the color if everything is working as it should :-)) and when he clicked the envelope it would not let him access the document. They next page asked him for some kind of password.
Why is this happening and what is the solution.
