unable to add a new user, our plan we are on should be up to 50 users. currently no button to be able to add any new users. have tried al of the following with no changePlease follow the troubleshooting steps.1. Clear cache/cookies2. Try a different browser(s)3. Incognito, go to account.docusign.com4. Different device5. Different Internet networks such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.

How do I disable having to verify my computer every time i log on

Is there a way to align the text within the Textbox to type at the bottom of the box instead of the top?

When I logged in today to send a document for signature, the eSignature link from the “profile” page is no longer there.  Any ideas?

Hello, I sent a document out for signature and forgot to add a signature line for myself.  The document has been opened by the recipient but not signed.  Is there a way for me to add a signature line for myself now? Thanks

Hello everyone, we are trying to send a document via mass mailing (approx. 70 people), which is to be filled out and signed individually by each person. It is a power of attorney in which everyone adds their name, the name of the authorised person and the signature. We would therefore like to receive 70 completed documents back afterwards. Is this possible and if so, how? Thank you for your help.

When signing a document from our work corporate mail registered to the domain - documents cannot be signed because the following message appears - (Identification cannot be started. Another identification for this Envelope is in progress. Please try again shortly). 

Hi Is there a way to select the 'select style’ as default and or completely remove the option to 'draw’ signature?We have elderly clients and the draw option is causing confusion.Thanks in advance

LIMITATION OF ACCESS TO ENVELOPE SIGNER 

I am using docusign webhook to download a signed files. PDF file are downloaded successfully but when it comes to docx file it doesnt, I cannot open the signed file. but when I am open it in google docs file shows IN PROCESS text with partial data

My name is Angela Loston, and I work on behalf of DPH Financial.  I am having trouble with changing some text in a document that DPH Financial has created.  Every 2 years, Debra Hartsfield, the owner of DPH Financial, will need to change fees that are listed on 1 of her contract templates.  How do I change the fees without having without the entire template having to be changed again?  If someone could, please email me at *********@yahoo.com or call me at **********.  Whatever help you can offer will be highly appreciated.  Again, I am working on this contract on behalf of DPH Financial and Ms. Hartsfield.  Thanks so much!

I cannot get a form to go to our subscribers as DocuSign wants me sign first which is unnecessary. Background info we have a credit card form that only needs the receiver/signer to complete. We do not need to do anything with the form on our end. 

Hello Community,I am trying to get some more understanding around recipient visibility in regards to recipient details. Our team is trying to send an envelope to potentially multiple recipients where we do not want recipients to be able to see the other recipients’ details (i.e. email address, recipient name, etc.). Is this something that is possible currently? If so, how do I accomplish this.To add clarification, we know of document visibility settings but this would not accomplish hiding the details of a specific recipient as document visibility settings relate to the documents specifically.

Hi,Looking through my summary (Certificate of Completion) and the signed document itself, I cannot find any evidence of the Signer ID. I can see the envelope ID and IP addresses. The Signatures Panel also nothing on the signer’s ID. Where can I find this data? Thanks. David

The scenario described by the business: the legal team is responsible for managing the e-contract signing processes via DocuSign, and in parallel provide the status of the signing progress to their internal stakeholder. The process of updating the stakeholders is done manually, and time consuming for the legal team, as a result, the legal team wants their internal stakeholders (with no access to DocuSign) to receive email notification each time there is a change in the e-signing process/status. By default, all notification are turned on, and it doesn't fulfil the business needs.Receives a copy - How can we utilize this to ensure at each stage of the transaction, the internal stakeholders will receive notification once each of the recipients actions on the envelope, consider a scenario we have 4 recipients to receive an envelope as shown below:Recipient 1 - Needs to Sign - Notification to be sent once document is SignedRecipient 2 - Needs to View - Notification to be sent once document

Hi All,Novice docusign user over here.I’m running a very small (~24 people) proof of concept for a medical device software application.  As such, we need to gather informed consent from participants in a manner that they can refer back to the document in the future if need be.  I’m trying to make the informed consent experience as seamless as possible with as few steps as possible.  I have a few things I’m struggling with if anyone can help me out.Am I able to generate a link from docusign that would take a patient straight to a template version of the informed consent document without having to create a login?  Ideally, we would have a link that people could use to access the document, they can review and if they approve they can input their name, signature & email address.  Afterwards, we’d have the informed consent on our end & the patient would receive an email version of the document.I appreciate any help you can provide!Thomas

Apparently this is difficult for me: I need to simply input a date range and get a list of envelopes with links to the associated documents for each envelope. Envelope reports only show a field for the envelope ID, and searching in the Manage tab doesn’t show all envelopes sent. I assume the latter is associated with the user that sent the envelope not being me, as we use Salesforce integration to send our envelopes. I have tried many different things with envelope sharing, but nothing has worked.

 Hi,I have 2 dropdowns.I want a text box to show a different output based on what the requestor chooses in the 2 dropdowns.Say the requestor chooses CITIBANK in dropdown 1, and EURO in dropdown 2I want the text box to say “CITIBANK EUR BANK DETAILS ARE 123546456”In Excel, it would be something like “If(AND(A1=”CITIBANK, B1=”EUR”),<details>,0)I can’t seem to figure out the logic required to do this using the DocuSign conditional fields and formula fields. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

I’m using a template and I’ve filled out all necessary fields but when i click on the “sign” and “initials” to sign and initial my name nothing is appearing in fact I can’t sign my name at all. I’ve already adopted a signature. Help. 

Is there a way to report on the Template or Envelope on for the “Document Custom Field” values?I would like to report on envelopes that have certain “Document Custom Field” values. I am unable to find if this is possible or not.I can find the option to add “Envelope Custom Fields” but I need “Document Custom Fields”.We use these to tag documents with certain values, and I would like to be able to run a report to identify these values before exporting documents via API/Retrieve processes.

All DocuSign documentation shows that the 21 CFR Part 11 meaning of signature settings and ability to edit are a part of the branding settings, however the branding settings are locked out for my client’s account. Can someone please help me figure out if this has recently changed?
