Can we set up a fixed approval/ corner sign flow so that nobody can change it? Thanks!

I have a user that is not receiving notifications to sign in the inbox of Docusign.  She says they are showing up in outlook, but she had to search for them. Im an admin for our place of business. I sent her a test form to sign about an hour ago and it hasnt show up yet.

Hello I received a docusign request that I wasnt expecting, and doesnt really doesnt describe what it is for. The email address it came from also looks odd. What domain do legitimate docusign requests typicaly have? The email I received was from an email address ending in @aij.or.jp . I’ve never seen an email address that ends in .jp, looking online it looks to be a country code for Japan. Is there someone at Docusign that I should forward the suspicious email to?

I am trying to send the same document to 3 people to sign.  when I get the fields, there are 3 different colors.  When I select continue, it says add fields for person #2 and #3.  I select that and nothing happens.  If I select continue, then person 2 and 3 have no fields. How do I get fields on everyone’s document? 

Is it possible to set up an envelope so that the recipient completes some fields and then assigns the signature element only to another recipient?E.g. you send to customer contact who completes some contact details and then assigns their manager to complete the signature?

Hi. A user’s draft envelope expired after 30 days. Is there any way to retrieve the envelope so that they don’t have to rebuild it? (its a sizeable envelope). 

Any change I input as a text into the document it is not showing on the receiver side of it. What can I do

Can anyone help? I am trying to make fields for a Withholdings Certificate. Right now they are all working through conditional fields and dropdowns. Should i try text boxes and radio buttons and if so how should they be added? If the user selects “0” on number 1 then 2 & 3 are NOT to be entered.  if they don't want to chose “0” they must pick a drop down option from both 2 & 3.  Can anyone think of a way around the way I have set up the first line? Currently I have a dropdown with two options being “0” and “Not applied”. When “0” is selected line 2 & 3 are hidden. When “Not Applied” is selected It let’s them pick from 2 & 3. We are ultimately trying to keep it set up the way it is with drop downs so that the user is almost “forced” to select only right options whereas text boxes would let them mess up. We think the “Not Applied” is going to be too confusing for the users. Any tips or help is appreciated, thanks.

I am wondering if there is a way, that while an employee is away on holidays, who is expecting to receive a signed envelope they had previously sent, can another employee view that envelope somehow?Thank you

I have a PDF that needs signature. The person who created the PDF included name and title of the signer in the PDF (which is not editable).  I would like the NAME and TITLE FIELDS to NOT be Opaque and to OVERLAY the Name and Title that is in the file as if it was never there.  This way the person who is really signing the document will be the only name shown.  Is there a way to define the fields to not be OPAQUE?

HiWhen sending docusings between employees not all user receive an email that they have a docusign to complete. Sometimes we can do a work around and find it on the home page of the users profile, but some users do not have a pending docusign there either.  This seems to only be with internal users at the company. Thank you,Melissa

Is it possible for completed forms to be redirected to a colleagues account when I am out of office? I have annual leave coming up and I am waiting for some clients to sign forms still but if they are completed while i am away, no one in the office will have access to the forms.

Hi all, I am trying to see if we can utilise DocuSign for one of the forms we use to collect signatures from a committee.There could be up to 15 people this needs to be sent to and each person has to provide 2 signatures each.The pain point we have is that these committee members are voted in at an AGM, so we don’t know the names of the people or their emails in advance. Any ideas on how I could approach this, I am not even sure if this can be done? 

Hello, I am running into a problem when trying to create a field where there are two or three fixed options and the field will be populated based on the document creator’s selection (and not show the other noon-selected options). The specific scenario is in creating a uniform employment contract where my HR administrator can select from a series of pre-approved (re: lawyer approved) pay terms depending on the employment offer or agreed terms with the employee. I attempted to utilize a dropdown field but was dismayed to find out that you cannot adjust the size parameters of the dropdown box. The length of some of the options exceeds the width of a page when placed on a single line and a dropdown box limits the text it shows to a single line in lieu of wrapping it to fit the space. Is there a way to allow the creator of the docusign document to select from a series of 3 or 4 options to populate a text field? 

I started with a contract template.  Made changes and added new documents to the packet to send to clients for signatures.  I see all the changes and the flags but when the customer receives it, my documents have no flags and all the data I have inputed have vanished.  When i go back to correct, I can see all my flags and data in the document.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.  Please help.Thank you,

Hi,I would like to create a link that I am able to create, copy and share with people to sign the DocuSign myself rather than DocuSign sending the email to the addressee. I cannot see checkbox boundary in a signed/completed document.  Only “X” can be seen in the selected box.  I can’t also see any option to change format in properties.  Could anyone help?

we are facing an issue with DS, in which signatories and people set in cc are being asked to login 2 or 3 times before they can open the document; and in some cases, they get an error message after they login.

When I receive an email on a docusign form, it does not show my signature. It just says “Docusign” in cursive. I thought that it might just be that I haven't signed into my account. So I log in but when I open the file from my email it still shows the docusign signature. Please advise.

Hello, We are sending contracts out to various vendors, but each agreement can vary slightly. For example, one may be net 30, one may be net 45, or one agreement could have a line crossed out. With that said, we are adding a wide variety of drop downs for the vendor to complete, and adding each box to each agreement is time consuming.Is there a way to create a template with the same text boxes to fill out, and then make the slight edits to the actual agreement within Docusign?Thanks

Worked out how to do this… I had collaboration switched on so please ignore Hi can any one help? I’ve created a formula field that looks at a set of drop down boxes that gives a score of 1 to 3 the formula then gives me the total value of all the drop down boxes.  I then use the same form and create a copy to save me having to recreate the entire document from scratch.  However when I do this the formula doesn’t work any more on the copied document and I have to recreate all the drop down boxes again for it to work. Any one know a way around this or why it’s doing this?
