I have the routing and signatures all correct, however I need to edit the file name only of the document. Is that possible, if 2 of the 6 signatures are completed? I don’t want to start all over. Thank you!

Hello,
You are welcome to the Docusign Community!
Only before a signer signes a document it’s possible to you Correct the envelope then rename the document’s name and resent it. After a recipient signed a document you cannot change the file name anymore.
Next time, you can add the document to the envelope, click in the three dots (elipsis icon), select Rename document then rename it.
