I have sent some documents to two clients of mine, who appear to be having issues with them both being able to sign the docs. They tell me that when one party successfully signs, the option for the second party to do so then disappears & she is therefore unable to sign. Is there a client guide anywhere with graphics to show how they can resolve this?

The sender of the envelope added those signers in a specific order? If so, only after the first one signing the document then the second will receive an email notification to sign since it’s his/her turn. Even if the sender sent to all recipients in a same order, no problem, they can access the envelope and sign without any problem.
