Is there a way to view the note after the person has signed the document?

You are welcome to the Docusign Community!

The Notes field is temporary. It only shows up once to the signer see as a Post-it, after signed the document, he/she will not see it anymore.

Now, if you are the Sender then you can go to the envelope, click in the More button, select Form Data, download it as .CSV file, the Note field with its contents will be there.

Now, if you are the Sender then you can go to the envelope, click in the More button, select Form Data, download it as .CSV file, the Note field with its contents will be there.
