Removing a Recipient

Question

I sent an envelope with a document, to 4 receipients (A, B, C, D in the signing order as A B C D). Only A & C needs to sign, B & D will only receive a copy. By mistake, I included wrong email address of B. I noticed it when A already signed, B has not signed yet. Now I would like to remove the email address of B from the list as any modifications will also be sent to him and B will also receive a completed copy of the document when completed.

Please help me remove B. The envelope is already delivered to B, but I dont want them to receive any other update or the completed document.

Hello, @TSDNYou are welcome to the Docusign Community!If recipient B didn’t signed yet, go to the Manage page (Agreements), find such envelope, click in the Correct button. You can fix the email for the B signer then click Next, and Correct to save the changes.Best,Alexandre
