Has anyone seen this issue.  A document was sent out for multiple people to sign. All email notifications went out and all users signed.  Then without any changes to the docs, users were sent notification emails that they needed to sign but already had.

Are those “repeated” emails starting with the word: Reminder (Recordatório) in the subject?
