Signing the document on behalf of someone else.

I send a document which needs to be signed by 4 individuals. One of the signers takes print out of the document and gets it signed from someone else manually and emails the document to us. So , i do have the signed document but my question is can we add a delegate for that particular signer? Does the signer & delegate need to have a DocuSign account?Is there any other workaround for such scenarios in DocuSign?Thank you,Rita

When I click "review document" on an docusign email sent directly to me, it right away takes me to the "authentication error page".

When I click "review document" on an docusign email sent directly to me, it right away takes me to the "authentication error page". It does not even prompt me to log in. I am otherwise able to log into the same email account that the docusign review document was sent to me but I cannot see this document to sign in my logged on view either. I have tried several devices, browsers and incognito mode. I have also had the sender resend me the document none of which has worked.  I cannot access the document using the security code either

Hi, Within our organisation we want junior members of the team to be able to create and upload documents but before these are sent for signature another member of the team must approve - this is for all docs. How is this achieved with esignature?

How to create new signature when the client isnt seeing the option to "delete" or "change"

Client set up her Docusign and signed it as "test". When she logs into sign the new documents it wont let her delete or change the signature. Shes stuck with "test" showing as the signature. She tried on her cell phone, tablet and a PC. It looks like the images ive attached. These are the mobile version.I sent myself a test document and was able to edit it on the PC. So im not sure how to help her.

Email notification with the completed document attached.

I remember before end of March this year, I could receive an email notification with the completed document attached. But I only receive the email notification WITHOUT attachment. Can I resume the function? What should I do for it?

Does anyone know how to change an email for a contact that is currently in my address book? Every time I set up a document to sign it pulls up their contact with the wrong email and I have to change it.
