I have two e-mail addresses. One I use, one is assigned by my company and I rarely use it. Docusign somehow fixated on the company e-mail,  how can I switch the account?

I sent a document ,to be initialed, there was no need for me to sign but I am listed as the advisor.  Now, because I didn’t add a field when prompted, I cannot “finish “ the document.  If I go to print, “In process” if written across it.  How do I bypass this problem.  The client will not be available to resign.Thank you in advance for any help.

I sent an envelope last month, it shows up on a report as being sent but there is no capability to see the original document.  I resent a new document a few days later which I can open but nothing allows me to see the original.  

Can't find the identity verification in CUSTOMIZE when creating a envelope, there is no the item in my page just can see Add access code & Add private message in the page.

Trying to change my email but the varication code sent by DocuSign is blocked by postmaster so cannot confirm new email.

hi guys i have just sent my first docusign and have not received and email for me to sign . i want to find out if my email comes after the first signee has completed his part . or have i done something wrong in my set up ? thanks in advance  

How can I retrieve a signed document from 2021?

The save as template does not appear as an option for me.  

I have conditional recipients enabled in settings but in all of my templates the option isn’t showing. Can someone show me what I’m missing?

We are sending 400+ contract documents to be completed and signed. One page of the document includes checkboxes and the recipient must choose the city where they want to meet. The checkboxes were added to the template as a group with the validation to select only one. Is there a way to obtain or download a list of all the checkbox selections? Or do we have to review each document and physically keep a tally?Thank you 

I’m new and creating a template from an existing Word document and it’s going fine.  But, I’m at a point in the template that REQUIRES either a yes or no answer to several questions (this is a background check).  How do i set it up that the applicant must answer either yes or no?Videos are good - I just don’t know how to ask the question to get the video.TIA!

Hi - Using bulk send out 500+ envelopes. The envelope will contain a 3 page document and requires  3 signatures. Think 2 parents and a student.At the top of each page I want the name of the student to appear for each recipient of the envelope. The only way I can figure this out is to “stack” three text fields on top of each other (one for each recipient) and have each populate through the bulk send .csv file. This seems clunky.Any advice or info would be appreciated 

What happens if I have 6 signatures on a document, but only 4 out of the 6 sign it? Can I still obtain a copy of the document with the 4 signatures.

Recipients email account is a shared access email box, several people have access. Is it possible for them to sign the report with this shared email account setup as the recipient? Thank you

Hi everyone,I created one custom field on DocuSign, but it is just free text with no format. Can I create one custom field with Rich text format? Then when HR do e-sign they can format the words like line break, bold, center etc.Or at least, we need the ability to break line and input words in different lines.Regards,Jay

hello, i first send the doc to the recipient and once signed how do i sign it myself? will it be counted as 2 docs or one? and  do i create a field for my signature before i send out to the client? or once i receive it back? thank tyou 

YouI have a developer account in docusign. If I have multiple clients, Is my docusign account enough for all the clients, or should I need individual account for each client for the docusign integration with laserfiche ?Can I integrate all my clients using my developer account?
