I’m trying to create a new Power Form and and get this message: “Cannot create a PowerForm from the selected template. Direct signing mode is not enabled for PowerForms.”  I can’t find any answers or workarounds for this message.  Please help.

Also - Our Company has three accounts - one for each brand. I don’t get this error message in the other account.

@Tim Charbonneau - The error message "Cannot create a PowerForm from the selected template Direct signing mode is not enabled for PowerForms" indicates that the template you are trying to use does not have Direct Signing Mode enabled, which is required for creating PowerForms.

Is tjis a setting I can control ? Or does DocuSign support do it?

@Tim Charbonneau - What actions can be taken on your template for each role.   For example, a template cannot be used for a PowerForm if a role is set to Specify Recipients or In Person Signer.

Thanks for your reply  - Those settings are correct, DocuSign support has elevated this to next level support. FYI- we have three sub accounts and it only happens in 1 , the other two are working fine. Scratching my head. T
