Hello,

I'm creating a template for my customers to allow them to select as many options as they like out of 50+ choices using checkboxes.

Does a template have the ability to track the number of options selected? I'd like to run some formulas based on the number of options selected, maybe by storing the count of selected items in a hidden field somewhere.

For example, Price: 0 options = $0, 1 option = $25, 2 options = $45, 3 options = $60, etc., and ending with 25 or more options = $400.

Hi @KyleWong,

Welcome to the Docusign Community!

We are glad to have you here and can't wait to help share as much knowledge as possible.

I understand that you are looking to use your check boxes in a formula, and I will share the steps to set this up.

Even though you will not be able to use your check boxes as part of your formula values, you could work around this limitation by relating a text box with the value through conditional logic.

These fields can be used in the formula, and can be formatted with white font, as to not be perceived by the signer in the signing session.
