I started filling out the forms and left it for a day. Now, upon returning, I am unable to fill out the document. I restarted by clicking on the initial link, but it only shows the documents without being able to enter data.

I am sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to complete your envelope due to the option of signing being absent on the document, but I will assist you in getting to the bottom of the issue.

 

In order to confirm what exactly happened to the envelope, you will need to check its history.

 

 You can find your envelope history in Agreements>Sent>Actions>History.

If the envelope was already completed, the sender will need to recreate the document in order for you to sign it.
