After a DocuSign contract is signed, somehow an automated welcome email is being sent through our business gmail. I have verified that nothing is set up on the Gmail side. Does anyone know if this could be something that was set up within DocuSign? I am having a really hard time finding answer through support. As far as I know, we do not have a CLM account but trying to verify that. Can you set up a workflow without a CLM account? If so, where? Thank you!

I understand that you are looking to disable your automatic email sent by Gmail when a Docusign envelope is completed, and I will assist you in correcting the issue.

 

There is nothing within eSignature that could control an automated email being sent from your Gmail account.

 

However, there is the possibility of your email having a custom rule that sends the notification whenever you receive a Docusign envelope completion email.

 

If that is the case, then you would be able to prevent this from reoccurring by disabling the Docusign user’s notification for completed envelopes.
