I am working on creating folders with set templates for documents that I will be frequently sending out for signatures and completion. I need to add text boxes for the possibility of a client needing to fill it in. Will there be a problem if the client does not need to fill the text box out because it doesn’t pertain to them or does everything need to be filled out to send back?

@dbreudrl - No. That should not be a problem. You can simply make these fields not required by not checking the “Required Field” checkbox.
