Hello! We are trying to set up a PowerForm but can’t find that feature. I’ve followed this guide: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=mfo1583277360424.html&_LANG=enus but cannot find the option to enable PowerForms. Can someone guide us on how to enable this? 

How do I search for documents that were created (and signed) by another user.  The user has since left the company.  I am an administrator in our Docusign account

I am having an issue with other certain templates not matching for a user all of a sudden (has previously worked fine). The templates are shared with the user, the user has adjusted their matching percentage down to 20% but when uploading a document, the correct template will not pop up to choose. I try the exact document the user is attempting and the template matches at 78%. Any advice? 

Hi everyone, we are just starting using DocuSign and I'd like to know if there is a way to share an envelope through an open link. Which means, whoever has the link will be able to complete the fields and sign the document. Is this possible? Thanks,LCS

my portal says i have 107 ‘waiting for others’, but when i scroll down i can only view about 30 of them. any ideas where i can see the rest?

Is there any possibility that, together with the code of the envelope that Docusign adds to all the documents, a QR code is include as “secure verification code”, where it can be checked that the document is real and valid? 

How can users see form data after an envelope is completed?  I would expect there to be a setting that allows this, but I’m unable to locate it.  Is this possible?Thanks.

Hello !The regulations of my country changed and we now have to send the T&C’s in a way to will be date secure, to prove the T&C’s were the way they were on the date the client signed. But we have extremely long T&C’s so sending them in the traditional DocuSign envelope with the documents to be signed would force the client to brows through a hundred of pages. Is there a way to avoid that and link the T&C’s in a date safe way ? $ Thank you !

Does anyone know what happens if an Admin deletes a template in DocuSign while there are still documents associated with that template that are out for signature? 

I’ve got a template where the list of recipients is as follows:Employee (blank) Program/Department Director (blank) Financial (routing group) Senior Director (routing group) Executive Director (routing group) Accounts Payable (signing group) Accounts Payable (CC)When I open the Power Form URL, I see the first page, where I input my name and email as an employee and then my supervisor's email as program/department director. The routing and signing groups take care of the rest. When I click on Begin Signing, I’m brought to my template form.When I click on my template form, the #2 person entered as the program/department director immediately gets an email asking for their document review. If they open the document before the employee completes the required information, they'll see a blank document.How do I adjust my template/Power Form so the #2 person entered into the workflow doesn’t receive the email to review the document until the first person clicks on Finish? Thanks in advance!  =)

Is there a report or way to view the history of the email reminders that have been sent out for individuals. We are using Web Forms. 

There are tiny dots on all of my completed documents.  When printed out and re-scanned (as is necessary for my work) these dots darken, or shadow, the pages.  Sometimes they are too dark for my sub-contractors to read.  Is there a way to NOT have the tiny dots appear on the completed document?  I have the watermark feature turneed OFF currently, which is what I thought the dots were.  Apparently they are something else….  ??  Can anyone help?

I am seeking information on if DocuSign allows documents to be watermarked after signing. We have items we are seeking to watermark for internal records, to denote the need to send updated versions. Is this something that is available?

We have a use case that wants on the completed email notifications, to attached the completed signed pdf to only ONE recipient in the signing order.    Is this possible?  If so, how do you do it? Second question: Regarding attaching the pdf to completed email notifications.  Can this ‘rule’ be defined at the template level?  ex:  Template 1 - yes we want the pdf to be attached to only one role on the template.  Template 2 - we do not want any pdf’s attached to any role on the template.   Is this possible?

Clicking from docusign.com, the screen goes white.  The URL says docusign.com/send, but it does not allow me to input my username & password.  I thought it would be fixed by now, please advise what we can do to use the paid platform?  

Is there a way to give access to the Signer’s timeline to another person, throughout the process? More than just after final reciept of all signatures? 

Hello,I have an envelope that is signed first by recipient and second by me. The recipient signed the envelope, but I was then away for 2.5 weeks, when I tried to sign upon my return the envelope was voided, due to expiration. What is the expiration time (days) from recipient signing, to me signing (sender), and can this be changed?thank you

Good morning, I have changed our company branding for all emails, but I now need to change the internal branding when we log into Docusign, the company logo on the header of the DocuSign website next to the users name in the top right-hand corner. For the life of me, I cannot find where to change it.  Thanks 

Is it safe to send a form with a SSN through docusign? Are docusign documents encrypted? 

Editing text within a template document for signature for many different people and changing text I have student enrollment contracts and info in the contract change per student (i.e., scholarship Amount; Student Name; Services provided; etc.) -- but the main doc stays the same for all 50 students.  How can I individually edit an enrollment student contract and still have parents select a few radio dials and sign/date the document?  Please advise if this is possible to do and if it is possible -- how.  Thanks

Hi, It won't allow me to create a powerform from a template that has two signers.The first one we don't know who it will be and the second one we do, enter your name and email. How should I place the signatories?

Hi Docusign I signed the payout source transfer acknowledgment from facebook with docusign, yet facebook said we don’t accept typed document even though they requested docusign, so i want to know what am i missing.
