We sometimes have forms where the originator incorrectly, but unknowingly, mistypes the email address of one of the later signers. Can DocuSign send a notification to the last person who signed, or to the originator of the form, if the form sits for a specified amount of time? This would help us to cue the original submitter of the form to go back in and correct the mistyped email address(es). Otherwise, we have forms sitting in cyberspace and not getting processed in a timely manner.

Thanks for any tips/insights for this fairly new DocuSign user!

There is a notification option in My Preferences that you can set to be notified when the envelope delivery to a recipient fails but that would only kick in if the recipient’s email client sends a bounce back message to Docusign.  The sender could also schedule to have an envelope report sent to their email every day which would highlight the delivery status of everything that was sent.
