I signed a document created in Word with DocuSign, but the signed document is converted to a PDF file on its own.

All Docusign files are converted to PDFs so that they cannot be altered or tampered with after the document has been signed.

Thank you Inki-san, I understood that the docsigner will convert the document to PDF to prevent modifications after signing.
I am involved in GMP manufacturing of pharmaceuticals and we need to use electronic documents that are signed by the responsible person for approval. I will think of a way other than DocuSign. Thanks again for your help.
