Hello, I recently changed my name in the application. I need both my last names to appear for legal reasons. They send me the document with my correct information, I sign it and when I send it to another person to complete their signature, the error appears again. Could someone help me, what can I do? I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. To clarify, are you the sender or a recipient of the envelope? Would it be possible for you to provide the envelope ID? Is this happening only for this envelope? How do I find an Envelope ID as a recipient/signer?
