Missing fields for recipients

Hi

When I try to send an envelope for 15 recipients I get the message: "Missing fields for recipients" (this doesn’t happen when I send an envelope for one person). Then it shows two options: "add fields" and "send without fields". I don't want the document to be sent without the fields to be completed so I press the "add fields" option but I don't understand what I have to correct since all the fields are complete. If I choose the option "Send without fields" the document cannot be signed.

@Paula If there are 15 Recipients set as “Needs to Sign” then you should have 15 different Recipients in the upper left dropdown of the field tagging screen of the envelope and 15 unique colors for each of those 15 Recipients. What I imagine is happening is you added fields for just 1 of the Recipients where all the fields are colored “yellow” with the potential expectation that this would allow the 15 unique Recipients to all sign in the same location but perhaps under 15 unique envelopes but that is not the case. You need to either send 15 envelopes, one to each Recipient or add fields for all 15 into a single envelope, which may mean you have 15 pages on the single envelope depending on the actions the Recipient(s) need to take.

Hi @David.Schmitz thank you for your help! As you say, you have to enter 15 documents (15 pages) in a single envelope and then fill in the fields for each person in each document. This worked! Thank you very much!

Hello,

I am sending the same envelope to 8 recipients. On Add Fields, I have added the fields for recipient one, who is in yellow. When I select recipient two from the drop down menu on the left to add their fields, their color is blue. On their form, however, I still see yellow fields from recipient one. Am I supposed to add the blue fields next to/on top of recipient one’s fields? I have 8 to add and I don’t see where these will all fit, but right now every color of field is on every recipient’s page. And if I delete a field (recipient one’s signature field, for example,) it deletes from all the pages. I’m just trying to understand if I’m supposed to see everyone’s fields on everyone’s pages, or if their separate pages should have only their color on there. I hope this is making sense. THANK YOU.
