Timing for February 2024 Core Release

Hello, I’m new to the DocuSign online community.Will the February 2024 Core Release for the demo environment be announced in early February? I’ve recently opted in on the Notifications Settings to receive Product Updates via email.I also checked the Release Notes page and the most recent Release Notes seem to be for the January release.https://support.docusign.com/s/releasenotes?page=1&labelKey=Release_Note&labelKey=eSignatureThank you.

Deleting Users

Hello, how do we delete a user from DocuSign? Is the CLOSE option DocuSign's form of deleting a user and is it the only option? Thank you!

How do I download a report that contains envelope details that i've e-signed/received?

In the reports tab, I can generate a report of envelope details that I've sent out. However, I want to have a report that contains envelope details that I am a receipient of, particularly those that I see in the inbox.Is there any way I can do this?

The number of signers for each of a set of envelopes can be reported via the std eSignature report interface but selecting 'Date Signed' only gives a single date for each irrespective of the number of signers. How do I report Date Signed for each sig

Trying to perform a mass download/bulk export of all files and folders and agreements in the same order they exist in DS. Is this possible?

I have seen some information regarding DocuSign Retrieve but not sure what this is? I need to save all agreements but not individually, rather in a bulk export.

Unable to transfer envelopes

I need to transfer 22 envelopes from one user to another. I have selected all the reports, clicked transfer now, but the 'transfer' button is greyed out and I cannot search for any users and if I enter the full name or email then the transfer button is still greyed out.Is it to do with the envelopes containing password protected documents which some/all are? If it is, it would be useful for the system to flag this.If it's not that then how do I transfer the envelopes?I am an administrator and have transferred envelopes in bulk in the past with no problems.Many thanks

Trying to share access.

I have multiple users set up with shared access. I have tried to add an additional person to that access. She had previously used her work email to sign a document and when she logs in she only sees that info and stating she has three signs left and nothing about the shared access. I searched through the resources but cannot find an answer. I need to get this user the shared access (in my hub she shows active) but the user isn't seeing it.

When the user tries to login using SSO she gets a message: you cannot be logged in because you are not a member of a group with access. Which setting do I need to change?

We have SSO enabled for our account. For the administrators that works fine. I added another user with the standard DS Sender profile. And she cannot login (gets the message regarding the group membership). She is part of a group and has the DS Sender profile attached.

Is it possible to move/transfer unused envelope to another DS Sender?

For example, under the eSignature account, our has 1 DS Admin and another 3 DS Sender (which these DS Sender are created by adding envelopes and seats under Plan and Billing) as illustrated below:Each DS Admin and Sender has 100 envelopes. The question is, if DS Sender 3 has 50 unused envelopes, can the DS Admin/DS Sender 3 transfer the unused envelopes to DS Sender 2?Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

How to exclude members from SSO

I am not seeing options to exclude certain users from our SSO policy or a way to remove SSO altogether. My admin console doesn't have the same tabs such as the mentioned Security tab in this document https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-to-exclude-specific-users-from-SSO-requirements?language=en_US&rsc_301. I am currently an admin with full access, is this different than being an org admin? If so, how do I identify who the org admins are?

Is there any report that shows the 'Envelope ID' and the 'Completed Date'?

I'm planning to build a report to get the 'Completion Date' of envelopes into our CLM system. Does anyone know if there's any delivered report that deliver this? or, ability to write a custom report?Sorry if this is a basic question. Is it possible to set a user with admin rights the means to have visibility of all users sent envelopes?

If you are an DocuSign Admin, can you set a permission/right to allow for visibility/management of all envelopes issued via a tenant? Its seems the admin must configure shared access to a users docusign account on a individual basis, is there another way to allow an admin to manage all? Otherwise we will constantly have to grant access to users account for the admin account.
