Issue with shared access viewing by user gave access to

Hi everyone - has anyone got any pointers on this issue i have. I as an admin - did shared access from one user account - adding in the secretary of the directory on the shared access area of the system. However when the secretary logs into her docusign she cannot see any of the envelopes. Despite her being named in the directors profile as a shared access. I chose the option for Allow to send on behalf of XXXXXXXXXXX in setting it up and have also removed and tried the option Allow to manage on behalf of XXXXXXXXXXXXX however with neither option does the secretary have the visibility of the envelopes of the profile I chose the share access with others. Have I missed something? Any advice would be great. thanks in advance.

CSV Bulk import data into email body

Is it possible to import data in a specified column from the CSV bulk file into the body of email via bulk send? We have different code send to employees. The code cannot be on the form and must be on the email. How could this be accomplished? I looked up ECF and followed the steps, but it did not work. Thank you.

Anyone experience multiple email reminders even after the step is finished?

I am wondering if anyone in the community has navigated a support ticket where people are experiencing multiple email reminders even after they have finished their action. This is happening for a group in our business who has been really stable for multiple months and they swear they didn’t change anything in their template/workflow. From their eyes, this is new and sudden behaviour. Thanks for any insights you may be able to offer.

Restrict Signing group to CC Receives a copy only option

I want to set a specific rule for a user group when they receive documents that it can be restricted to only having the option to receive a copy, eg below. Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi all, One of our tenant users received an email from no_reply@docusign.com mentioning that Docusign isn’t able to process the payment because the payment info is incorrect or outdated. Is this a valid mail? Thanks in advance, Karim Zaki

Changing account owner

I’m president of a non-profit. Up to now, we’ve been an all volunteer organization, but we’ve hired a PT Exec. Director. This person will need to have control of our DocuSign seat. How do I transfer from me to this new person?

Resource file-want to remove email for decline.

These are the ones that I do not want to be sent. This is what i changed in the resource file for emails. It didn’t work, it still sent them out. Hi, I need to send documents for review and approve, but if the receiver unsatisfied or he need to add a comment to sender he can return the documents to sender otherwise the receiver approves than the document shall move to next signing order

Not able to access Docusign admin tab

Hi Support, We have successfully installed the DocuSign package; however, we are encountering an issue when attempting to click on the DocuSign Admin tab. The error message displayed is: "Please verify that you have been granted access to DocuSign, your account settings are correct, and that you have responded to all activation emails." Does the org admin have the ability to set up signing delegation for users of their account? Or, is this only possible for the signer to log in and complete the steps?

Reporting Issues

Has anyone had any issues lately with the reporting functionality. I ran an Envelope Volume Report today and for September the report indicates my Envelopes Sent as 26 but Envelopes Completed as 803. This does not make sense to me. Should I open a case with DocuSign? Thank you in advance.

Receiving copies by email when the Envelope is sent

Hi, When I send an envelope through DocuSign, I always receive both unsigned and signed copies after the signer completes the process. Is there a way to stop receiving these copies to my associated account email? Thanks,

Merge/Transfer User Accounts

Hi Community, I have recently implemented SSO using ADFS and is working fine. However, there are some users whose email addresses do not match with the verified domains. Is it possible to create a new user account (matching the domain) and transfer everything from the existing accounts? Thanks

Can I cancel annual subscription AFTER 2nd automatic charge one year later?

Just noticed in my bank statement that I was charged automatically for this annual subscription. I would like to know if I cancel the subscription 30 days if I will be refunded for the upcoming year I was already charged for?

Follow up on unsigned documents

Hello, I’m trying to achieve the following, but with the tool I have available, this doesn’t seem possible? I would like to receive a report or have a means to follow up unsigned envelops older than 1 week that have been sent by X,Y & Z. While also being able to filter out X, Y & Z from the results. Currently we use a template in DocuSign where we fill in some data before it gets sent off to the end user. Because of this, we see ourself as a recipient in all of the reports as well. I also can’t seem to filter the results for older than 1 week, newer than 3 months or something like that. I wanted to check out workflows, but I can’t find that in the admin portal of DocuSign. I’m guessing this has something to do with licencing? How do you guys handle this scenario? We want to do a weekly check on unsigned envelops for specific people and templates preferably by using a scheduled report.

How do I transfer envelopes from a user on leave?

A user in our organizations DocuSign account is on leave. He has incomplete envelopes. I want to transfer those envelopes to myself so I can complete them. I tried transferring ownership by following instructions in a DS University article, “Best Practices for eSignature Custody Transfer,” but this didn’t work. After filling in the prompts, the button to submit remained greyed out. I was in my eSignature Admin account; the article says I need to be in my Admin UI account. Are these the same? If not how do I find my Admin UI account?

Docusign Admin Groups-sorting of list is random

I went to DOCUSIGN ADMIN then to Groups. When the list appears, it isn’t sorted in any way that i can tell , which makes it hard to find the group you are looking for. Is there a way to search for a group or sort the list?
