I am org admin and we have two department. An employee is moving from one dept to another. How to transfer their account and envelope from one dept to other dept within our organization.
Good morning, I need to close my account before the end of July, I have done all the needed steps but my account is still open after 24 hours since the closing proceed, Also, I didn’t receive any feedback about the correct closing.Plus, I need to know if there's a pec email address.Thanks.
As the title would imply, I’m trying to manage Custody Transfer settings for my org’s account. However, the option is simply missing from eSignature settings. When I go to Features, there is no option to enable the Transfer Custody feature.We have a Business Pro plan, which explicitly has the Custody Transfer feature listed on the feature grid.What do I need to do to enable this feature?
I am trying to create a custom profile with sign in only, does anyone know or successfully created one.
I’m getting ready to implement a document retention policy and would like to run a report similar to the Envelope Report but only return a list of completed envelopes that have not been deleted/removed. The envelope report brings back all envelopes ever sent whether or not they still reside in the user’s account.Anyone know if this report is possible?Thanks much!Kristin
How do I merge my trial account with my corporate account?
I am trying to add a user to my docusign e-signature standard account, but there is not ‘add user’ button on the user page. The plans say I can have 50 users, but I can’t find anyway to add one.
I did not knowingly or imtentionaly sign up for this account.
I am on the groups page and was looking for a certain group. I should not have to scroll down until i find it. Where is the search?
Hello, i want to access the admin page to claim a Domain for enabling SSO (SAML, MS Entra ID). But i can’t find this icon with 9 dots (upper, left) to access the admin page. did the layout change? trys different browsers… if i access admin.docusign.com i can see some setings but nothing about domain. thank you for help… Andreas
Dear reader,We currently have an annual subscription and paid. We would like to cancel the 4 accounts because we no longer use DocuSign.Can I receive a credit note for this? And can I close the accounts myself?Awaiting response. With kind regards,Annelie

If we enable the feature – Allow sender to download Form data – for our user with a regular Docusign account, will this change be affect out Part11 side as well? Im thinking no but want to make sure.
Hello, I am a DocuSign user at a large company and have a large volume of documents running through templates. I really need to unlock the frequency of reminders feature. I know an admin has to do this, but that person can’t seem to figure out how to do this on my account. Could someone please send step by step admin rules for unlocking this feature for users?
