Hello Community! How can I get a contact of a Customer Support? I have a billing case and the instructions do not help. I have a paid plan but there is not contact email to write a letter to.  Could you help me to find it? Appreciate any help!

I am unable to send any envelopes from my account even though I have paid for a year upfront. On another note Docusign appears to be charging me for several accounts however, I am unable to contact anyone to see where these relate to. Regards Mary

When claiming a Domain and using the TXT option the documentation says Name: @ or *    Question does this mean, I have to name it “@” or “*”, or can i name it anything?2nd Question on below What is for TTL Default or an Hour mean? it only checks for 1 hour?TTL: Default or 1 hour / 3600 seconds

Hello - As the DS Admin for my organization, I’m focusing on creating offboarding processes for users who have been separated from the company. My initial process is when a user is offboarded or no longer needs a DS license, I transfer their envelopes to myself before I close their license. Is that best practice or is there a better way to handle the data? My goal is to keep the org’s envelopes/data within our environment. But one thing I notice is when I custody transfer the separated user’s envelopes to myself, I only get the envelopes sent by the separated user’s, not the envelopes they have signed and received. Is there a way to pull this information out as an admin?Any best practice tips on how to manage offboarding users and keeping the company’s data protected would be appreciated. Thanks,

My “Completed” contracts is not in sync with the emails that indicate completed. The completedfrom DocuSign emails is showing the actual number of documents signed and completed? Would there be a reason why it is not showing the correct competed contracts in the Completed link from the homepage? 

I’m making a template that goes back and forth between 2 parties.When party A makes a change to a data field, and the envelope goes back to party B. I want DocuSign to take party B to those changes and not directly to the signing required at the end of the document.  I’ve already set the fields to “required” but DocuSign still takes party B directly to the end of the document to sign, instead of directing them to review the changes. 

Quick one,  I am working on Docusign in our test environment and completed the build. I have this button that was initially created through “Application Forms” Template and was working fine. I created another template “Application Forms V2” and replaced the templated ID in the old button and chose not to create a new button. Why do I get this prompt ?That wipes out the fields from the actual template if I chose to click CANCEL on the above prompt.This is prompting me to use the “Application Forms” which is the older version.

I have created a template for an activity report.  Each individual employee needs to complete and sign their form; it’s then reviewed by their supervisor and signed; then reviewed by their manager and signed.  The standard template works great and the .csv bulk send is successful.But here is the issue: some employees cross multiple projects and have multiple supervisors, meaning: the employee completes and signs their form; then it’s reviewed by two separate supervisors and signed; then reviewed by their manager and signed.If I attempt to bulk send to everyone with enough optional signatures to accommodate the multi-supervisor exceptions, I cannot bulk send.  Every employee would need an email for the second supervisor, even if they don’t have one.Any suggestions to accommodate a sometimes-used signature field?

I have been trying to work with Docusign Support for over a week now to get a domain claim removed since we closed our account back in September/October. Is it normal for Docusign Support to take days to respond to follow up requests? This issue has turned into a high priority issue since it cause our executives to be unable to sign anything we’ve received and business is coming to a halt. 

Is there any way to map additional info for user profiles through SAML mapping?  Job title, Company, Address, that kind of info.  If I can pass the info from our IdP, is there a way for DocuSign to map and apply it to our user profiles?

My brokerage is switching to another digital signature platform - I would like to keep my current Docusign associated with my email and everything in there including Docusign Trans Rooms 

Hello, I downgraded my paid Docusign account and I now can’t see my previous invoices anymore but I need them ASAP. Because I now have a free account, I cannot contact the support to ask for the invoices.  Does somebody know where I can find my previous invoices or how I can contact the support to get them? Thanks a lot!

I’m trying to delete my Docusign account (auto renewal) as I have retired and the problem is I can’t contact a human being for help and no way online to get help without access to my old email account which I no longer have access to   Any ideas of how to actually get someone to help me?

Hi all, I am unable to get a LIVE person on the phone, and the Sales Rep we have does not seem to answer emails.  How do I get help, we just need to change our credit card but DocuSign has totally locked us out of the system.  As you can imagine, this is quote urgent. Hi Team,I am working in an organization, and my manager has an enterprise docusign account (paid account, not a free account) at this URL: https://apps-d.docusign.com/. When I use his integration key to send an email through my application, the "Test Document" prefix does not appear. I am confused because I researched on Google and DocuSign sites, and they all indicate that https://apps-d.docusign.com/ is a sandbox account, so it should contain that prefix when sending an email.I created my own free developer account and tested it, and I did get that prefix. My question is: if I need to use the integration key from my manager's enterprise account, what steps should I follow? Do we need to follow the go-live procedure here as well? If yes, what steps should we take? Can someone explain these steps in detail?

When sending a contract the all words within the contract have no spacing, this is only noticed when using a mobile browser, is there any way to correct this on mobile? Have mobile-friendly enabled. The document is a pdf imported into docusign. thanks in advance! 

I am the administrator of a new paid eSignatureBusiness pro account with 1 seat and up to 50 users. I am using the seat. When I try to add users, there is no button to add users as described in the instructional video, only the option for bulk uploads by CSV, which I would prefer not to do. As I have a paid account, I attempted to request a callback about this, but have the message “Your Docusign plan does not support opening cases.” Can anyone help?

Hello, I have added my colleague to our docusign account and he has never been able to log in, never with “forget password” or using a verification code. It’s as if his email is somehow blacklisted. We can’t figure it out but need to solve it and I can’t get in touch with a real human to help support us. We have a paid subscription.
