Hi everyone - has anyone got any pointers on this issue i have. I as an admin - did shared access from one user account - adding in the secretary of the directory on the shared access area of the system. However when the secretary logs into her docusign she cannot see any of the envelopes. Despite her being named in the directors profile as a shared access.
I chose the option for Allow to send on behalf of XXXXXXXXXXX in setting it up and have also removed and tried the option Allow to manage on behalf of XXXXXXXXXXXXX however with neither option does the secretary have the visibility of the envelopes of the profile I chose the share access with others.
Have I missed something? Any advice would be great. thanks in advance.
