Has anyone had any issues lately with the reporting functionality. I ran an Envelope Volume Report today and for September the report indicates my Envelopes Sent as 26 but Envelopes Completed as 803. This does not make sense to me. Should I open a case with DocuSign? Thank you in advance.

Yes, I recommend you open a case with DocuSign.  The number of Envelopes Sent should be at least the same number of envelopes completed or higher.
