Hi all, 

One of our tenant users received an email from no_reply@docusign.com mentioning that Docusign isn’t able to process the payment because the payment info is incorrect or outdated. 

Is this a valid mail?

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

It is a valid email address, however, I recommend you create a support case to have your account details confirmed and if all is correct you can disregard that email notification you received.
