Hello, I want to hide the download & print button from the post signing experience screen. I have updated the signing resource XML file by marking DocuSign_SigningAllowDownload & DocuSign_SigningAllowPrint as false. (referred : DocuSign Signing Resource File Guide)As mentioned, these buttons won’t be hidden from recipients who hold an account within DocuSign but I’m able to see the Download & Print buttons on the popup window & don’t have an account within DocuSign.Any help appreciated.Regards & thanks,Mehul Shah
Hi, Last May, I have received a document to my email and signed the same. However today, when I try to login with that email docusign said I don’t have any account with that email address. So I created a free account with that emai and logged in. But I could not see any documents in that login. How to get my signed document?

We are using the embedded signing, so the users do not have to leave our app which means we are using the APIs to facilitate this. We are trying to automate the process of onboarding/auto-provisioning users into DocuSign so they don’t have to go to the DocuSign site first. We have Auto-Provisioning turned on and it works when a user logs into the portal. My question is, should the auto-provisioning work through the API’s where if we search for a user's email, it will automatically add them if they exist within our domain. Or do we need to have a process that checks if a user exists in DocuSign and add the user if they do not.
Is there any way to change the date format of a signed document? I have changed it on the backend after sending but the signature still has the old format on the document.
HI,I’ve just started using Docusign and I’m setting up my first template using the Word template assistant.The context is I need to send the same template to many different recipients over time ie not bulk send.I can see I can define text, number, date & dropdown fields, but how do I define where a signature field is? How can I see email older than six months? i have a Docusign Account but it won’t let me go back any further than that?
I have been having a lot of clients state that they are not receiving the DocuSign email when I sent them an envelope to sign. The email is not in their Spam folder either. Anyone else had issues with this?

In the bulk user export there is a column for UserStatus and MembershipStatus. In some accounts the MembershipStatus shows Closed but the UserStatus shows Active. What is the difference between the two?
With no phone support, no chat support, and no ability to open a ticket through the website, how do you get support???I am logged into my account but the ability to open a support ticket does not exist. When I try, I am taken to the Manage Cases page showing old tickets, but no button exists to open a NEW ticket. Chat takes you to the same page. Phone tells you to use the website. Website doesn’t work.Any help or suggestions is appreciate!
Hello! I uploaded a CSV template following Docusign’s v2 bulk import template to share a list of names, email addresses etc. I followed all instructions correctly, yet I keep getting an error on the Email column saying “name” is required (even though I did include Name). Any tips?!
Hi, I made amends in a signed document and resent it for initialling request. Before it is signed I wanted to view the sent document what has been amended in a text box and the signing request in an initial box but could not see them, as if they do not exist. For example I corrected a word - putting a cross line first, then typed in a text box the correction, and right next to it I put an initial tab to indicate an acknowledgement request. But when I open the waiting-for-signing document, I can only see a cross line in the wrong word but not the corrected text box nor the signing request tab. This scars me out as it make me think the recipient will see the same thing and get confused. Is this normal? Did I amend the document in a wrong way?
Seriously, I’ve never use a service where it is IMPOSSIBLE to get any support.I’ve paid for your Business plan which I was told will give me access to the Branding option but after I’ve upgraded that, the Branding option is still locked! I’ve tried to open a case but I get thisI’m already subcribe to your eSignature Business Pro and yet I cannot get any support nor can I get the Branding option available for me. Can someone please help as I urgently need to access that branding to send a document over.

We want to insert a hyperlink into our document which forwards the reader to our general terms and conditions. I found the manual on Docusign on how to add a hyperlink by creating a custom fields. We were logged in as Admin, but our menu was different and ‘custom fields’ was not available. Is creating a custom field only available to certain accounts? And if it's not an option for us, does anyone know how to add a hyperlink via a text field? I did a few attempts, but without any luck. Thanks in advance!
