listStatusChanges (PHP SDK) suddenly returning 404 response

Hello there, In a production environment, we call the listStatusChange method with a list of envelope IDs retrieved from a database. This function is called in a cron job that runs every hour. It worked fine for two or three months until we suddenly got this exception: Error while requesting server, received a non successful HTTP code [404] with response Body: line 344 At first, I thought it was a Docusign account change in production, but we only use one with several other applications. Do you know what could cause this error?

How to Achieve Better Sender Identification and Transparency in DocuSign Emails?

Hi DocuSign Community, I have a requirement where, whenever an envelope is sent through DocuSign, the recipient currently sees "docusign.net" as the sender's email domain (e.g., dse_demo@docusign.net). Instead, I would like the recipient to see the actual email address of the person who sent the envelope (e.g., john.doe@example.com). Here are my questions: Is it possible to achieve this using DocuSign APIs? Specifically: Can we dynamically provide a unique sender email address for every envelope we send through the API? Can this email address replace the docusign.net domain so the recipient sees the actual sender's email in their inbox? If the above requirement is not possible, what are the recommended solutions to achieve better sender identification and transparency? The goal is to provide better transparency and identification for recipients, allowing them to immediately recognize the sender. Let me know if this is achievable and what solutions can take me closer to this requirement

Automatic Combined PDFs

At the moment when a customer signs a contract both ourselves and the client are sent separate PDF attachments. All of clients and ourselves require the combined version, so we have to go in and download these individually for each contract. Would it be possible to automatically email over the combined PDF attachment once something is signed

Generate contract (pdf) from Salesforce Opportunity (Apex)

Hello all, We have a button on our Salesforce Opportunities that redirects us to a standard Docusign page to generate the contract and get it into Salesforce files. Our button calls this url, providing the template id: {!URLFOR('/apex/dfsle__gendocumentgenerator', null, [sId = Opportunity.Id, templateId = 'a1OAZ0000007wXM2AY', recordId = Opportunity.Id, recordName = Opportunity.Name, title = 'Contrat'])} Once clicked, the contract is being generated and when we get back on our Opportunity in Salesforce, we can find the file related (pdf). Our need is to replace that manual action using apex by calling Docusign API to generate and store it as file on the Opportunity. I have checked on forum, but did not find an easy to integrate solution, what would you recommend please? NB: We dont need to sign the contract, just to generate it Thanks for your help!

Cannot login to docusign support to open a new ticket

When i go to https://support.docusign.com/s/contactSupport?language=en_US and click on Open a Support Case, and then select eSignature, I login with my account info but am then brought to a screen that says “Unable to log in. If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a DocuSign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other log in scenarios, contact DocuSign Support for assistance.” My account is not new. My account was created in 2016. This happens on every browser i try. In a private browsing window, too. Can someone assist me with being able to open a support ticket, please??

Best way to extract specific document from envelope

Hello all, I am a developer using the eSignature API (specifically the Envelopes API) to construct Envelopes from multiple Composite templates. My goal: I have a use case where I need to download a specific document from a signed Envelope. I want to understand the best / most efficient way to accomplish this. After taking a look at the API documentation, I see that the only way to download a specific document from an Envelope is to use the EnvelopeDocuments:get API, which requires passing in the documentId. I also know that despite specifying unique documentIds in each composite template, the documentId field is not guaranteed to stay the same as the envelope assigns new values to avoid any potential collisions. (See Referencing ID values here). This makes getting the documentId challenging, and I am wondering what is the best way to accomplish this. Download, print and sign

I received multiple documents in a single envolope for signature, but I do not agree with some of the documents. The sender did not activate the print and sign option. Can I download the PDFs, print and sign the documents individually? Are they legally valid? What happens if the workflow is not completed?

Ability to enforce MFA & question about the "combine all in a pdf file" feature

Hello, We are implementing DocuSign in our company, and I have a few questions. Is it possible to enforce MFA at the first login (sign-up) for all users? If so, how? The “Combine all PDFs into one file” feature does not include the verification ID in the merged document. Is there a way to enable this? Thank you for your answers !

I feel blind I dont know how to use this program

I purchased this program back in Sept 2024 but could figure out how to utilize this program. ' I want to use it to send out HR protocols so staff can read, sign and return for our records. I just restarted using it and used to sent a trial docusign to myself and another staff. IT worked but I received another billing when my account is not even a year old (for amount of $300 plus)

Custom Fields, AutoPlace Text not working

Hello, We are using UKG Document Manager to send bulk documents to our employees. Everything appears to be set up correctly on the UKG side. However, on the DocuSign side, the only fields available for employees to complete are the signature. The fields for date, name, and title are not even provided as options. I have added those custom fields in DocuSign and included them in the PDF with white text, as recommended, but it is still not working. Do you have any insight on what might be going wrong? customer service phone number for refund

I have not heard from anyone since my request for help. I emailed customer service. I would like to have a phone number to call DocuSign for customer service. I got charged for the current year and closed my account the same day of charge Informed I cannot get a refund. $300 On day 1, why? I have never used my subscription from last year, as I did not need to so I do not need to sign up for another year. Pls help help help

Error “This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use custom tab.”

Hello, Could you please help me? I cannot create custom fields because I do not have the (+) sign next to the custom fields.I have an admin account and I was trying to add through “My Preferences” .But I get error “This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use custom tab.” I added screenshot with the error. Is there any global setting that prevents me from setting up Document Custom Field?

How to set workflow to change the folder creation from Parties to a specific department

We had an implementation partner set up our workflow and they set the folder creation to create in a general ‘Parties’ folder. I now want to have the workflow save the contracts to the specific department. I have created the department folders within the system, have created a .csv with the department (along with their approver and legal’s email in other columns) and have pointed the doc generation form to that .csv where the user can pick the department. The global config file has /Parties/ in the path to create the folder. I have tried several variations in that field for {Department}, (/{Department}, /{Department}/) but it keeps erroring at the folder creation step with this error: Action failed with exception, returned: No folder found for path: 2|<%#MFC_x_GlobalConfigs.FolderPath%>. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How to keep presaved signatures private?

I just sent out four test envelopes to four different names and email addresses. When it came to signing it gave everyone the opportunity to see and select MY saved signature on their document. How can I prevent them from having access to my signature? I have searched the Docusign site and Googled the question and can’t find an answer. Any help would be much appreciated! :)

"When envelope status changes" trigger is not fired. How to set connecntion between DocuSign and Power Automate

I’m having an issue where the trigger “When envelope status changes” is not being fired. It seems this is because there’s no connection established between DocuSign and Power Automate. I understand that a connection needs to be set up, but I’m not sure whether this is based on webhooks or if there’s another way to get the trigger working. Any insights would be appreciated!Any links or tutorials on how to set up a webhook to connect DocuSign with the Microsoft Power Platform would be really helpful as well. Thanks in advance!

Reopening a completed envelope

Hello- My company has added a new process that includes adding additional document(s) to be signed in our envelopes and I wanted to see if we are able to go back and reopen completed envelopes and send additional documents on that same envelope to be signed? Is that possible? Thanks so much!

Unable to download documents sent externally to a shared account

User A has fully shared access to User B User B can see and download any documents sent from an internal source for User A as a signer. If User A receives a document from an external source, User A is able to download that document, but User B can’t Is there a setting to fix this or does this seem like a setting from the originator of the document that we do not have control over in our enterprise account?

Issues with Signing Document

Hello, I’m having the same issue as several others, but there does not appear to be an answer. I have the free version, after having tried the paid version. I have removed my CC so there is no payment linked to the account. I have 3 envelopes left. I do NOT need to send the document (Word file), but simply want to sign it. I add the document, select I am the only signer and receive the error message that I have exceeded envelope usage. I X out the error, as instructed to ignore the banner per another community members thread, and I get another error message. There is no way to bypass. Please advise. This is time consuming and very frustrating. Thank you for your time and help.
