Different Email Address as the Sender of DocuSign from Salesforce

Hello team! Can you advise if its possible to have different sender of DocuSign in Salesforce?For example when the DocuSign triggered from: Account, then the sender would be Account@Sender.comContact, then the sender would be Contact@Sender.comI appreciate any input/advice. Many thanks,Michael

Corrections to a document

Hello. I viewed the video related to the ‘Correction’ feature. However, this seems to be referencing corrections to the envelope such as modifying the recipients, add new fields, add additional files. Is there a way to make corrections to the values within the field. For example. The document is sent for signature, the person responsible for reviewing and signing off sees an error, e.g. an incorrect amount value has been entered into a field. What is the process that would allow this type of correction to be made without having to VOID the entire envelope and start all over again. Thank you,Nancy

Using Two Separate Docusign Accounts To Execute An Agreement

The signing process for our agreements initiates through our Docusign eSignature account. The customer signs first, then it is routed to us for our signature. However, we have a high-profile customer that refuses to use that process. They want us to send them a PDF version of the agreement and they route it through their Docusign account with us signing first. Is there a way we can route it through our Docusign eSignature account internally first then send them the signed version without locking it up?

Template editor appears broken

I’m having an issue creating a template. When I try to edit a template, I don’t see the fields in the editor. When I add a field, the right-hand panel is empty. When I preview the template, I see the fields I’ve added.Editor:(Fields not visible)Preview:(Preview shows the fields I’ve dragged and dropped) Is there a bug in the UI or am I doing thing incorrectly?

eSignature Problem - squares appear instead of figures

Hello, Something strange happened when I sent my contract to one client. Indeed, when he signed the document (created from a model), the final pdf version I received contains empty squares, instead of figures.You can see in the picture attached. Do you know what could have caused that?Thank you!

I have a house sale contract that has some initials at the bottom of each page. Due to then length of the initials , the initial is being cutoff by the right side of the page. The initial is only half showing because of this. Could someone tell me if this still a legal initial or void since it’s been cutoff. Or is it still valid because it’s a Docusign entered initial. thankyou

We must distribute a policy document to our board of directors for review and signature each year. Every board member needs to sign. Is there a way to send a document in one envelope to multiple individuals without having multiple signatures on that document? Adding Fields Disabled in My Account

I have a personal account where I want to send a document to be signed. I need to add fields, but it’s giving me this error message:The account administrator has disabled adding fields.I don’t ever recall being a part of any group. I checked my settings and I have admin privileges, but there are some settings I can’t edit. However, I can’t see anything in the settings that is preventing me from adding fields to a document I want to use.In contrast, I had my friend create an account, and they were able to do everything normally. What am I doing wrong here?

Airtable / Docusign Integration to

I would like to take data from airtable to put on pdf template or any template. Then would like to take this template that is filled out with this data to be electronically signed with docusign. For example If I am trying to do a lease renewal for an apartment I have a general template of the renewal that has about 10 places where it takes data from airtable to fill out. Then I need to take this document and be able to get electronic signature and then store the final document on airtable. I also have zapier and can pay for make to help get this done if needed.

How do I get hold of support? The answer to my issue is not here. plain and simple

I am trying to share envelopes, as the admin, from a closed user to their backup. It does not work when I hit “accept” give me the old null sign.
