I then have to wait for the script to finish the fancy animation and have to click “x” to close the not so helpful “next steps”. How can I turn this off? This is really annoying. Thanks a lot for your support!

When you have set up Shared Access for a team to collaborate the team can easily view and act on envelopes. When an individual receives an envelope that should ONLY be visible to the individual can you restrict access to that individual and hide it from the Shared Access group? If I am in multiple Shared Access groups can all users see all my documents in the groups?

Some new business comes my way now and then, but mostly it’s customer service, helping people out who have been good to me over the last fifty years. In our development Docusign environment, we are seeing duplicate control fills - Duplicate tab fills in checkboxesWe do not see this in production Docusign and cannot trace this to code related or template related issues.  Is anyone seeing this in their Docusign development environment?  The only other thing we could think of is that the base pdf is somehow filling an underlying pdf control….but this started occurring in all of our templates simultaneously, even ones we have not touched in some time. 

I sent out a document to my recipients using the free trial version, but they didn’t receive any notification via email. We all have used Docusign in the past (without an account) and had no issue receiving and viewing the document. Their emails are also not blocking and filtering anything from Docusign. They had to create an account to view and sign the document. Is there something in the settings that I can change to prevent this? I don’t want my recipient have to create an account to view the document; I want them to receive an email notification. Is this because I’m using the free trial version? 

Hi AllIs there a way to change or better, remove entirely, the default quick view filters? Everyday I open DocuSign and then have to “clear filters” because, yet again, DocuSign has provided defaults that are not helpful to me.thanks,mr1

Summary: Trial account support access failure and signer invitation not deliveredAdditional details:I can access my DocuSign eSignature trial account normally, but Support Center authentication returns REGISTRATION_HANDLER_ERROR / NO_ACCOUNT. I also attempted to register for the DocuSign Community, but submission results in a 400 “bad request” error.Separately, I have an active envelope with three sequential signers. Signers 1 and 2 have completed signing. Signer 3 remains “Needs to Sign”. The recipient email was successfully corrected from f***********@gmail.com to s*******@gmail.com and this correction is recorded in Envelope History. The envelope was resent after correction, but no signing invitation has been received at s*********@gmail.com, and the envelope does not appear in that recipient’s DocuSign account. We have a public integration built and tested in the demo environment. Each user connects their own Docusign account via OAuth; envelopes are sent from and billed to the users' own accounts. We are not reselling or embedding Docusign.We cannot submit the Partner Program application. The form at partners.docusign.com/s/join-now fails every time with "Failed to Insert record — List has no rows for assignment to SObject". Latest attempt: 2026-08-10, English-only ASCII input, corporate email domain, clean incognito session with extensions disabled. No field-level error is shown, so this appears to be an uncaught QueryException rather than a validation error.Question：Is there an alternative way to submit the application, or could a Partner Onboarding rep set us up directly? I can provide the exact submission timestamp and email address for the Apex debug log.

I am creating webforms, and the process is fine, even though there seem to be some field limitations.  I would like to add some formatting using Markdown language, but none of the tags work.  This seems like HTML and I am familiar with using that.  I add the tags, when then I view or publish the forms, I just see the tags as if they were regular text.  Suggestions? 

The Docusign-esign-java libary released a new version (6.7.0) last on 7/1/2026; however, it still uses a version of com.fasterxml.jackson.core (2.17.1) that has a vulnerability (CVE GHSA-72hv-8253-57qq).  This vulnerability was fixed in version 2.18.6 and 2.21.1.  When can we expect docusign-esign-java to be updated to use a jackson.core version with the fix?This is the entry in my pom.xml        <dependency>            <groupId>com.docusign</groupId>            <artifactId>docusign-esign-java</artifactId>            <version>6.7.0</version>            <classifier>shaded</classifier>        </dependency>If I remove the shaded classifier then the application throws an error (java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/fasterxml/jackson/databind/util/ISO8601DateFormat) when it tries to create a  com.docusign.esign.client.ApiClient 

A couple of weeks ago I tried to open Docusign but I was forced to answer customer service questions first.  i could not bypass this.  How tacky and unprofessional.  I certainly expected more from this company.  This is unethical and pathetic.

I have a Document Template that has 3 total signers. The Document Template is used across 10 Envelope Templates. In some Envelope Templates, I need all 3 signers, no issue there. The problem is, on certain Envelope Templates that use the Document Template, I only need 2 signers.My question is: If I send an Envelope Template (via the API through my own app) and only assign email values for signer 1 and signer 3, will signer 2’s fields be removed automatically? Or will the envelope fail to send, or even get stuck on an a non-existent “Signer 2”?I understand that quick workaround would be to create a Document Template for 2 signers, and a Document Template for all 3 signers, but that approach feels like it defeats the purpose of Document Templates. I also tried creating the Envelope Template using the Document Template, deleting signer 2’s fields from the Envelope Template, but editing the original Document Template re-applies Signer 2’s fields (as expected). 

Is this the correct place where I should transfer envelopes? 

When sending documents out for signature and using Shared Access can the sender be a shared mailbox?

We're currently in the staging phase, and I can't receive DocuSign data on our SIT environment because its URL is an internal ".local" address that DocuSign can't reach from the public internet.In local development, I use ngrok to expose my localhost so DocuSign can reach it, which works fine. But if I do the same for SIT, I'd have to keep ngrok running continuously, which doesn't seem like the right approach for a shared environment.Does anyone have suggestions on the best way to handle DocuSign Connect webhooks for an internal SIT environment like this?

If a client has an Enterprise Pro account and have multiple branding/logo requirements for multiple divisions/departments, how can brands be set up so that individual users can select the appropriate logo/brand for their department? We’re not using any templates or workflows in Docusign but are integrating the eSignature action from another CLM platform. Is there any way to automate the brand selection if the internal contracting entity name appears as one of hte recipients rather than manually clicking the Advanced Options button?

I have somehow been charged via paypal for an account I cannot even log into. When I try to log in it says my account does not exist, and I cannot speak to a person unless I can log in. This is ridiculous. I was charged $255 for a yearly subscription I haven’t used even the last year I was charged. I sent an email to the email indicated on my invoice and it says its an unmonitored box. I want to cancel my account and I want a refund.

I prepared and sent an envelope out last week to four separate signatories.  Each person who is supposed to sign the agreement has a separate signature line with date.  I placed date and signature fields where shown, then sent the envelope. However, I received a message that the receivers didn’t get the envelope.  Why not?

I have been sent a work contract, which I filled out and signed and then was lead to the “IDnow Online-Ident” app. After having undergone the steps there (photos of IDs and NFC validation of my German ID) there came an error message and I could not continue. Now I tried to repeat the process, but am getting the (German) message that “The identification process using this transaction number has already been completed and cannot be carried out again.”  The company resent the envolope to sign, but the message stays the same. The company says they had a problem with docusign before once and only the user could solve with docusign. While on the Web Form page for Docusign, I was interested so I clicked free trial at the top of the page. I signed up etc, but cannot find the trial of the web form builder in the dashboard? I tried to contact support but the start chat button would click and but not launch a chat, so I here I am.Question for Community: How can I evaluate whether the web form builder everything we need without needing to carve out time for a sales pitch from a docusign rep?
