I have created a PowerForm for my organization to use and have tested it out a few times.   The PowerForm has multiple approvers, with the first person using it filling in the next level approvers.  When the next approvers get the email to sign, it looks like I personally, as the creator of the PowerForm, sent them the document to review and sign, even though it really is coming from the initial user of the PowerForm.    Is there anyway around a PowerForm request looking like it came from the creator of the PowerForm other than having to set up a “no reply” email account to transfer the PowerForm ownership to?

I noticed a “Restart flow” button in the upper right hand corner of the web form screen (after clicking on an existing web form from the templates tab → My Web Forms.) Is it new? What does it do? I couldn’t find anything about it in the last few release notes. Also, I needed to get an activated webform URL, but could only get it after clicking on the “Use” button. Are there release notes on the recent webform updates? Thanks in advance for any guidance. I hadn’t had to make any updates to my webforms since earlier in the year, and noticed some of these changes. 

I’ve been getting a few bounced email error messages.  This mostly occurs to people I have sent Hundreds of docusign envelopes to, and they are on the same server as I am, so it’s not an ITS issue.  I’ve ignored some, and they seem to go away, but this is obviously a problem that keeps occuring.    

I need to initial a markup on a document, but the textbox from the markup is covering the initial field. Whenever I go to click the initial field, the textbox fully overlaps it. I initially made the markup, the other signer added to it, and I need to approve their additions. Is there a way to move the text box without sending it back? And if I do decline to sign, would that only void the markups the other signer made? Thank you!

Hello,I'm in a dispute and someone claim to have a document signed by me using docusign. They took another signed document by me and pasted my signature (with the docusign ID watermark) into another document I never signed. Of course In my DS account there is no such document. How can I prove the document is fake? I'm a free user of docusign. I can't prove I never sent this via email as I shared a group of documents in a drive folder, and they claim that document was inside the folder, and then removed.

I frequently am creating form templates that have multiple fields that are of the same width and or height, and when creating these it is very frustrating that if I ever want to make one of them, say, be a taller field while still being the same width as the others, I cannot do this in any clear way that I can find. Even more frustrating is when I have several identical fields, and then need to edit the form in order to increase the height of them, but want to preserve them having the same width as each other.With the current field resizing tools, I can only adjust field sizing by dragging the corners, which adjusts both the height and width simultaneously - which makes it impossible to not change both at once, which makes it extremely imprecise, and effectively impossible to not at least slightly change the other dimension. There is no way to do something like hold ctrl to change this behavior, and bafflingly there is no way to adjust a field by dragging from one of the flat edges rat

I want to add signature on all my documents pages automatically.

I send out documents for signature once signed and completed i download then signature looks as if it was copied and pasted. Why???

I’ve received an old employment contract from my employer, which is different from the one I have. I want to check if this document is legit, as it was apparently sent and signed using Docusign, but I can’t find the original emails. I have the Docusign envelope ID, and the codes underneath each signature. Can these be used to verify if the document is legit? 

I made a new email to be able to use the free trial docusign, but i can’t sign in to make the new account.

the Docusign id card should read OEC (Electrical) Ltd but for some reason it says OEC (Electrical) (Electrical) Ltd. how do I remove the extra word please

Is it mandatory that the Admin account itself be registered with a corporate email domain, or is it sufficient that the person filling out the verification form uses a corporate email — even if the DocuSign account is linked to a @gmail address?2. Plan eligibilityIs a specific DocuSign plan required to complete the Go-Live process for a private custom integration using JWT authentication? If so, which plans are supported?3. Signing the formIs it mandatory to complete the identity verification step (document photo + selfie) during the Go-Live form, or can the process be approved without it?

Goodmorning,  I am wondering if there are any API endpoints I can configure to that would allow me to fill in fields on a templated document. For context, I’m working on configuring a solution for a business that takes information from a form and automatically drafts an agreement in a Docusign template. Right now I’m using the Docusign MCP server within Claude and I don’t think there is capabilities to do this since i can’t see any of my fields being populated. I made sure that the fields are not locked and are set for visibility on the template.  Is anyone doing something similar?

Hi, I’m using the DocuSign .NET SDK CreateEnvelope API to send envelopes with multiple documents, recipients, and tabs.am noticing a delay between making the API call and receiving the EnvelopeSummary response, and I would like to understand if this is expected behavior.What is the typical/expected response time for envelope creation? Are there recommended best practices to improve performance and reduce API response time?

Where can I find the total document storage used by each DocuSign account? I did a little digging and it doesn’t seem like this is possible with the API. 

I have sent an envelope to multiple recipients, and 3 of the 4 have signed. However, the email address assigned to the last recipient is incorrect, but I am not seeing any way to correct this at this time -- There is no ‘Correct’ button visible or any way I can see to update this recipients email without recreating the entire envelope. Need assistance to get this resolved without having to re-create and re-send this contract to all clients.Envelope ID *********************************

Hi,I have an envelope with seven different documents both Excel and Word.They need to be signed from a supplier and our management.When creating the envelope, I didn’t see buttons/ options to set and define the signature fields.Strangely, before submitting the envelope for signature, DocuSign system asks me if I don’t prefer adding fields.My question is: HOW?Thank you for your help! 

My DocuSign demo account is not sending email notifications to signers for envelopes created. Despite everything worked fine earlier. There are no junk file issues, and i have configured all notification preferences according to solutions / documentation found. Are there any recent updates or changes to DocuSign Demo account settings that could effect Email notifications?Or Anything that i might have missed to set up notifications.Any Suggestions or solutions Would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

We have a DocuSign workflow with six signers. The envelope is first sent to the primary owner, and after they sign, it is sent simultaneously to five joint owners. A 48-hour auto-void policy is configured.For example, after the primary owner signs, the five joint owners receive the envelope at the same time. If three of the joint owners complete signing while the remaining two have not signed, and the envelope is then voided, I have the following questions:Even though the envelope has been voided, is it still possible to retrieve the signed document for the recipients who completed signing before the envelope was voided? Is the Certificate of Completion still available for a voided envelope? If so, does it include the signing activity of the recipients who signed before the envelope was voided?

Please DONT use this product.  Once you sign up, they want to catch you needing more envelopes and will NOT let you renew 2 weeks early.  They do this so you will have to purchase more envelopes at extreme prices.  Also, when you start looking to renew if you look closely at the address bar you will see where they redirect you to a page that the prices have gone up.  They only do this to returning customers.  If you go to a different computer and sign up, you can get the original prices.  This is because they can't catch your personal information and redirect you to the other web page. This just shows how dishonest this company is.

We’re attempting to use a workflow to automate complex contracts, is it possible to have a direct signing session where BOTH the initiator of the workflow and the signer use the same device? We’re trying to avoid having the client have to open the envelope via their own email/device, we just want to use the same tablet that our sales rep is using thanks

Hi. Every time I am trying to open document which I need to sign message ‘’You’ve reached the authentication limit’’ appears on screen. However I do not exceed the limit of attempts. I have tried next day and day after, same issue. Please investigate issue.
