Hi,I received an email link to a DocuSign document, and in the signature section I created a new signature and adopted it but noticed afterwards that I accidently made a mistake in the signature and now am unable to fix it or create a new signature. I did not have a DocuSign account when I signed and adopted the signature at the time. How can this be fixed?Thank you
i have tried numerous format such as (xxx) xxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx-xxxxxxx xxxx xxxx then checking the validity of my phone number (in which it is valid) , using another phone number, another device, different wifi, creating brand new email account, all to no avail. please help to solve this as soon as possible. thank you
Hi, I've had a Free account for over a year (not the 30-day free trial, just the free account).I have no need to send envelopes, but only to sign.Since yesterday I get this message when I try to sign any document: The envelope allowance for the account has been exceededSo far I’ve never experienced any problem/limitation. I do not send envelopes, but I am the only signer of the documents I upload, sign and download.I don't understand what the envelope limit refers to and what the actual limit is.As far as I understood from this article (https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/FAQ-Docusign-Envelope-Allowance?language=en_US), the envelopes I sign myself should not be counted.Thank you in advance for your support
We have successfully passed automated review of 20 API calls and submitted app to go live. Go Live status is Pending approval. It was started on 12th of November so already 14 business days passed.
Hi,I have a free account, however my credit card was charged an annual fee, my portal does not allow me to contact a support live agent, since it is a free account, and since there is no payment there in the account I can not refund! but then my Master Card says docusign inc $300 USD any idea please how can I fix this without calling my bank? thank you.

Hello, I am working on a Power Automate flow in which two documents are sent to the recipient. One document is a PDF packet that contains multiple pages of information for the recipient, this document does not need to be signed, only viewed. The other document is a docx file that contains a page which needs to be signed. I am having trouble creating a power automate flow in which both of these documents can be sent together in one envelope, with only one requiring a signature. Is this possible?
I changed my job, and I have subscribe Docusign with my pervious company mail box, now I cannot login to this account due to verification code was sent to my pervious company mail box and it was lock or cancel. please help me how to cancel the subscription due to this issue, please help
Hi, We are using a custom URL For button when when we go to ‘Send Agreement’ after we generate the documents, it asks us to add the signing groups and users individually. We would like to have a certain set of users already added so our end users will follow the correct process. Would also like to add a custom email message. We have this all set up with our current templates in DocuSign Apps Launcher but we are unsure how to get it to work with DocuSign Gen. Any insight? I am using CFR Part11 signature template and it looks too wide vertically, so i wanted to edit the name, reason and time smaller but it seems that only designed templates (and there are only two) are available. Is there any chance to edit manually?
Hello, Does anyone know how to reach a real person in customer support?I am trying to change the registered email address on my account and trying and trying and keep getting error messages. Then I try to open a case, and keep getting error messages. Impossible to reach anyone. Everything is just a robot answering me. I am beyond frustrated with this company right now.
