Docusign Admin

We are being acquired by a larger company that has DocuSign as well and would like to move/port over our existing account and users into their organization so that it is a seem less transition for employees and customers. We currently use API and Brand features and would like to maintain all of the same settings, IDs, etc. in our own account environment under that organization. Is this possible and if so how?Are there enhanced plan features we’ll need to consider or potentially add?

Hi! How can I as an Administrator restrict a signer of former envelopes to view them going forward? Retention policy is not defined. 

Added Admin user to Sandbox Domain and they cannot log in.Okay, here’s what occurred…..We are trying to set up SSO in our Sandbox (or Demo) client.  Going thru DS Support site’s steps, it shows we needed an Org, (I completed that), then a Domain, (I just did that).When I did that, a red exclamation point in a triangle came up stating I should add another Admin and not just myself.  I thought I had admins.  I did, but 7 before, I added our Domain.  So then it just showed me, (when I look under the Admin, then Domain), and not just eSig and Settings, then Users, then Admins.I added the person I wanted as another Admin and it sent an email invite.But now, what is happening, is that they cannot remember their password, and they can’t reset the password because they don’t know the security question.I don’t know what to do, I’ve looked all around, and the only tabs, (under the Domain Admins) are Profile, Memberships and Org, and none ar

We have recently issued envelopes to our staff with a document that contains a Standard Field Drop Down selection of statements in addition to requiring their signature.Now we need to produce a report that includes the recipient name or email address and their choice from this selection(s).If we use Standard Fields (radio buttons, selection buttons, drop down etc.) we need to include this in the reports along with the signature status / date but I cannot see how to in the basic reporting tools.   Any help appreciated!

Hi everyone, I am viewing reports by months and was wondering if an envelope is sent out the previous month and it was completed this month. Would the report show it was completed for the previous month or the month it was completed? Thank you

I’ve been wandering in Docusign wasteland for 45 minutes trying to find instructions on how to change my account from myself to the person who has purchased my company. She (understandably) would like her OWN name to show on Docusigns, and she is taking over the payment of the account. She also would like to retain the archived transaction files for the past many years. Can anyone help? I can’t find a way to contact Docusign. Thanks in advance. 

How do I enable my settings to see envelopes and documents sent by other users? I’d like to see when they send a document, and when it is completed.

how can I change a document name after completing it and keep it in the docusign list?

I continue to be charged AUD23.10 effective the 1st of every month for at least the last 3 months. I checked my account today and could see charge for the last couple of months. When I tried logging in to see if I still had an account, I received the attached email from Docusign confirming to me today that I don’t have an account.  I’ve also attached a screenshot of what I have been charged by DocuSign based on my recent bank statement.  How can this be addressed so that I get my refund and get a confirmation from DocuSign that they will stop charging me in error ? 

Is there a way to bulk download all signed forms that have been completed?

When I go to add user there is no option to add a user, and there is no button to add a user.  the only button I see is one to add another seat.

Asking on behalf of a customer…Any work arounds to avoid being charged an Envelope each time a Powerform is abandoned ? Customers are bailing out before completing the Powerform and we are burning thru envelopes and not getting any value from them. Thanks

In the reports tab, I can generate a report of envelope details that I've sent out. However, I want to have a report that contains envelope details that I am a receipient of, particularly those that I see in the inbox.Is there any way I can do this?

The number of signers for each of a set of envelopes can be reported via the std eSignature report interface but selecting 'Date Signed' only gives a single date for each irrespective of the number of signers. How do I report Date Signed for each signer?
