Docusign Admin

I’ve been wandering in Docusign wasteland for 45 minutes trying to find instructions on how to change my account from myself to the person who has purchased my company. She (understandably) would like her OWN name to show on Docusigns, and she is taking over the payment of the account. She also would like to retain the archived transaction files for the past many years. Can anyone help? I can’t find a way to contact Docusign. Thanks in advance. 

How do I enable my settings to see envelopes and documents sent by other users? I’d like to see when they send a document, and when it is completed.

how can I change a document name after completing it and keep it in the docusign list?

I continue to be charged AUD23.10 effective the 1st of every month for at least the last 3 months. I checked my account today and could see charge for the last couple of months. When I tried logging in to see if I still had an account, I received the attached email from Docusign confirming to me today that I don’t have an account.  I’ve also attached a screenshot of what I have been charged by DocuSign based on my recent bank statement.  How can this be addressed so that I get my refund and get a confirmation from DocuSign that they will stop charging me in error ? 

Is there a way to bulk download all signed forms that have been completed?

When I go to add user there is no option to add a user, and there is no button to add a user.  the only button I see is one to add another seat.

Asking on behalf of a customer…Any work arounds to avoid being charged an Envelope each time a Powerform is abandoned ? Customers are bailing out before completing the Powerform and we are burning thru envelopes and not getting any value from them. Thanks

Hello, how do we delete a user from DocuSign? Is the CLOSE option DocuSign's form of deleting a user and is it the only option? Thank you!

In the reports tab, I can generate a report of envelope details that I've sent out. However, I want to have a report that contains envelope details that I am a receipient of, particularly those that I see in the inbox.Is there any way I can do this?

The number of signers for each of a set of envelopes can be reported via the std eSignature report interface but selecting 'Date Signed' only gives a single date for each irrespective of the number of signers. How do I report Date Signed for each signer?

I have multiple users set up with shared access. I have tried to add an additional person to that access. She had previously used her work email to sign a document and when she logs in she only sees that info and stating she has three signs left and nothing about the shared access. I searched through the resources but cannot find an answer. I need to get this user the shared access (in my hub she shows active) but the user isn't seeing it.

I'm a user admin of Docusign to create/change/delete the users in my organization.I wanted to change email address for our user, but I couldn't find the option.Can we change it somehow?

As an admin can I give myself shared access to someone account? Then being able to see all their documents and possibly sign documents on their behalf?

We have SSO enabled for our account. For the administrators that works fine. I added another user with the standard DS Sender profile. And she cannot login (gets the message regarding the group membership). She is part of a group and has the DS Sender profile attached.

Can I get an email notification on e-Signature Release notes every month ? if yes, pls let me know what to do ?
