Missing Signed Documents

I recently returned to my Docusign account to access some signed contracts that are stored here. It has been over a year since logging in because we haven’t needed the service, but I was shocked to see all previous documents missing. I have many folders that I created for each of our clients that had signed contracts, and all of those folders are still there, but are empty. I have emailed support twice, and have never received a reply, not even to acknowledge they received my inquiry. I have also read many other posts about missing documents, but none of the solutions helped in my case.I need some urgent help here, I need to access these documents asap. Thanks.

Phone Number Invalid on SMS Verification, help ASAP

i have tried numerous format such as (xxx) xxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx-xxxxxxx xxxx xxxx then checking the validity of my phone number (in which it is valid) , using another phone number, another device, different wifi, creating brand new email account, all to no avail. please help to solve this as soon as possible. thank you

Unable to access ANY support for Purchase

I am unable to access ANY support from DocuSign. The phone system refers to the online system but when I go to the online system, I never receive an option to request a callback or submit a ticket. This is outrageous - who can I speak with to get support around a purchase/billing issue?

Docusign Signature

Hello everyone i hope you are all well :-), we want to use Docusign in our company for a few people (boss, authorized representative, etc.).Now I have created a Personal-Abo Account for our boss and everything is working so far.The only thing that's annoying is the following fact:when our boss signs something, it says "signed by:" in the upper part of the frame.When we receive an envelope or document from a colleague at our company in the UK, the colleague's signature at the top of the frame reads "Docusigned by:".Or is this irrelevant? Our boss is a person who wants everything to be as precise as possible and the question arises as to why this is displayed for him like this?How can I set this up for my bosses Personal-Abo Account? Or does our boss need a different license than the personal subscription? Next higher level or something?If someone can give us a meaningful answer, that would be great! Thank you in advance. Ben

How can i add custom text field from a CSV File

Hi guys,I've been trying to import custom text fields from a csv file, into an envelope for the past week, I just can't figure out how. I've looked through most of the posts regarding the same topic.We are trying to send a contract for 130 individual people with individual details, it works fine with the pre-made fields such as "name" or "email".From what I've seen, I need to specify a text field and rename the data label, but it's not working for me.When I import my csv file, everything seems fine, for example, my custom field with "Location" is shown in the import summary with 0 errors.My CSV Header looks like this:Thanks in advance!Alex

Contact tech support to send e-mail phishing header information

I received an e-mail requesting I sign a document, which I have not opened. I looked in the header and it was not from the sender. I contacted the sender and sent them the header information. Why can’t I CALL tech support and speak to someone about sending them this info. This online nonsense is crazy!These phishing people need to be stopped!

Template with variable number of signers

Hello all, I have a template where I have defined four signers, in the following way: I want to create envelopes out of this template using the Python SDK. Sometimes, I wanna add all four signers to an envelope, but sometimes I need to only add a subset of the signers (only signer1, signer1 and signer2, and so on). Second signatory ability to view envelope before first party signs?

Hello:Is there the ability for DocuSign - while restricting delivery to only the first signatory, then releasing to the secondary once signed - to notify the second signatory that an envelope has been created, and allow them to view, while restricting signature until the first party has signed? At present, we have it set up so that the second signatory does not receive notice, or the ability to view the documents, until after the first signatory has signed. I looked at a Conditional Routing conversation here, but am unsure if that will resolve this need. Thank you for any ideas or contributions.

Prefill tabs through Python SDK

Hello Docusign team, I am using Docusign eSignature and I have created a template using the Docusign UI. I want to create envelopes from this template using the Python SDK. I have a couple of tabs that I want to pre-fill before sending to signers, so I used pre-fill tabs when creating the template. The problem is, I cannot find a way of prefilling these tabs using the Python SDK. I have seen an answer suggesting that pre-fill tabs should be used only on the UI and not on the API or SDKs. Is that true? I have chosen prefill tabs because, as I see, regular tabs are associated with a specific signer, and I want all the signers to see the values that I prefill. Which option is best for my case: regular tabs or prefill tabs? If I choose regular tabs, will all the users be able to see the values I prefill or only the user associated with the tab?Thanks in advance, Alisson Porto

May I ask if there is a report which confirms that when a Recipient is signing using QES he actually created a Wallet? This when the envelope is not yet Completed. We have a case where in History it mentions creating a Wallet but need to be sure via a report.

Getting Docusign error while trying to sign doc which is already digitally signed. Unable to load the document. The document needs to be repaired and that would invalidated existing digital signatures. Please repair the document, then get it signed and uploaded again

I cannot see some "Action Requied" and "Waiting for others" documents

I am new to DocuSign and I am a bit confused. On the Home screen, I can see:- 2 Action Required- 2 Waiting for Others- 1 CompletedIf I click the first one, I can see only 1 document, not 2.If I click the second one, I can see 0 documents, not 2.If I click the third one, I can see it properly. That is, I can see only 3 out of 5. Where are the rest?

when i would login, i had two profiles to choose from: Charles Schwab and then one for my business. Now when i login, it automatically goes schwab docusign. I CAN'T access my business docusign because it DOESN'T present itself as option. I know its still active because i have linked up to Black Diamond docusign integration and i can see my templates i wanted to update.

Combining a personal and work user account

One of our secretaries created a free, temporary DocuSign account. We want to get her set up as a user on our company account, so we created a user account for her. However, she used her work email address for the temporary account, so when she tries to log in, she is directed to her temporary account. Is it possible to merge them? She has one envelope in the temporary account. Ideally, we would like to move that to the company account. Thanks,Teri

Can DS Admin view and download all envelopes?

Hi, we are trying to assign Admin roles and need to know if DS Admin can view and download all envelopes? When we test the DS Admin role, it seems like the access does not allow us to view and download any documents / envelopes sent out and signed by our company users unless shared access is granted. If User resigns and we don’t have access to their envelopes, then the documents will be lost forever?PS: We are not using CLM.
