Hello
Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.
Below is the list of Docusign system sending email addresses.
Docusign also uses the @docusign.com, @docusign.net, and @springcm.net domains.
If you receive a suspicious Docusign email, verify that it contains the unique security code at the bottom of the message. If the code is present, access the document by going directly to the Docusign website and entering the security code under Access Documents instead of clicking links in the email.

If the email does not contain a security code, do not click any links or open attachments. Instead, forward the email to verify@docusign.com for review, then delete it.
If you have already clicked a suspicious link or entered your credentials, change your password immediately, update your antivirus software, and run a full system scan.
