Why is the website exceptionally slow?

Clicking on almost anything within the web portal takes up to a full minute or more to respond. 

Doesn’t matter what browser is used. 

 

Any ideas of what the issue might be or how to resolve?

Docusign needs to move to a dedicated server. I’ve been in business a long time.

When I moved my company to a dedicated server rather than a shared server, the latency disappeared.

Docusign should spend the money to move to a dedicated server or they will lose relevance in the industry.

I for one, am very busy and tired of latency issues with DocuSign. Part of running a good business is doing what you can to retain your customers. Enough of my rant! 😡

However, while platform upgrade suggestions are being reviewed, you can minimize lag by trying these steps:

  • Clear Browser Cache - Heavy temporary files often slow down the web interface.
  • Switch to the Mobile App - The mobile application frequently processes requests faster than the desktop browser version during peak hours.
  • Check Document Size - Ensure PDFs are optimized and flattened before uploading, as large file sizes heavily compound shared-server lag.
